Swivels back and forth easily to adjust height. Good padded grips to protect flooring. Light enough to slide out of the way. Comfortable footrest for bare feet.

Almost wish there was a way to lock it into place, but it does feel firm and doesn’t move without the user applying pressure. I’d recommend for sure, especially at the price (grabbed on deal of the day, when it was significantly cheaper then other retailer alternatives).

What a relief

The footrest is wide enough that you can rest your feet comfortably and move them to different positions throughout the day. This was a great purchase for me. I honestly wouldn't have found it if it wasn't a deal of the day. A very lucky find for me and highly recommended.

Nice addition for helping back pain
