If I could give more stars I would. This person went beyond the call of duty to ensure we were 110% satisfied. This was service from the heart and was highly appreciated. Great job all the way around.

I will use the geek squad for other projects. The guy was very nice and polite and was in and out quickly. He actually setup and connected all the equipment, even though he was only supposed to do the tv wall mounting. I definitely recommend them.

The agent was great at keeping me updated on my appointment time. Did a great job in properly mounting the tv and ensuring that it was hung at the correct height. He even went as far to check the level of the mantle to make adjustments.

we really trust and enjoy the squad folks that come out to set up our technology. they have gotten up through all the information and if we need them back for a quick refresher they are gracious and patient. when they leave it is well done.

The guys delivered my TV , took down the old one, installed the new one and hooked all components up. then they showed me how to use it and left everything neater and cleaner than when they arrived. Just a tremendous experience.

They arrived on time, tried to install the TV mount but the mount would not work for my wall. They had a different mount with them and installed that one instead - the 2nd mount was $100 cheaper and just as good so I was happy about that.

My Geek Squad agent Daniel did an unbelievable job of mounting my new LG OLED TV over my fireplace. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. It was perfectly centered with just the right tilt down to my sofa across the room. Absolutely could not be happier!

The geek squad came in, along with an electrician and in short order, mounted the 55" Samsung over a fireplace in the family room, redirected the electrical and cable wires and did a fantastic job. Excellent work, great price, very happy!

Geek Squad got it mounted and helped me get connected devices connected and out of the way. This wad important as the location of the tv would make it very hard for me to connect anything later. The team really went above and beyond.

The technicians that installed my tv over my mantle seemed to have no problem with hanging this mount. This came with the frame Samsung 65”. So far so good. You can even tilt it some for more clarity.

Our tech was great. She mounted two TVs in our house. When she realized she couldn’t mount our tv above the fireplace due to the wrong bracket, she quickly ordered a new one and put us on the schedule to come back.

Geek Squad guys moved a heavy flat screen TV from the living room wall to the family room downstairs and mounted it above the fireplace. Excellent job and no marks on the stairwell wall while making a tight turn.

This was my first experience with in home geeks. First, our in home consultant Aryn was great. Very thorough and responsive. Our in home installers Jasper and Will were also great. Super competent and patient explaining the system components.

Geek Squad installers did a great job installing my TV wall unit and programed my tv without any problems. They did a great job cleaning up the work space and hauled off all materials.

Geek squad was awesome. They did a great job mounting my TV. They recognized an issue with my studs and the mount I had purchased and told me, and even allowed me to go exchange my mount and they returned later in the day to complete the job.

I was concerned about having Geek Squad mount tv on my brick fireplace. They completed a professional looking job and were very considerate of my OCD tendencies in perfecting. We love our large flat screen. It is perfectly mounted and is so enjoyable to watch.
