Jake and his associate made sure all four tv's we bought were installed correctly and efficiently. Jake is very knowledgeable and we're glad he really knew what he was doing, especially since one 70' inch TV had to installed very high up in an RV garage. Thank you for the great service!

The agents installed 3 Wifi extenders in our townhome. Did an excellent job. These are the same 2 persons who have come to our home before. I now call the agent and order from him directly so that he can come and service our home. Good job!

Very impressed with installation of the tv above the fireplace in the stone wall. Both of the guys were professional and explained what they were doing. Did the job in minimal time. Cleaned up after themselves. Setup the tv for me and explained some of the options.

Great installation by Geek squad of my 4K Samsung Frame tv. Technicians set up tv, connected and set up cable and Harmony remote with such knowledge and ease. They walked me through TV set up, programmed Amazon Prime and other paid services. Great service!!!

The Geek Squad did a great job mounting the TV on the wal, hiding the cable box and the DVR behind the TV on the mount. Works perfectly and have had no problems. They arrived on time and were done in the time frame allotted for the install. Would highly recommend them for others to use.

If you have Best Buy install a TV, make sure Geek Squad does it. The guys that came over gave a few suggestions that made all the difference in the world on how the TV looked above my fireplace. Very knowledgeable staff.

Matthew and Guy did a great job. They were working with a TV mount they had never put up before. It toke a little longer, but that's okay. There was a real learning curve with this Mantle Mount. Great Job.

The Geek Squad installed a TV on our outside stone wall. It was an undertaking we did not want to try ourselves and the Geek Squad was seamless in installation and follow up. Well worth the money and peace of mind for professional installation.

The agents were very friendly and knowledgeable. They got to working very quickly and helped us understand how to use the apps that controlled the speakers. They installed everything exactly how I imagined it and were perfect!

Had many problems with installing tv and sound bar. on wall. One problem was getting the old tv off the wall. Needed a very special tool which they didn't have. They help me order the correct set of Allen tools to remove old tv. They were great.

Everything has gone well with all the different services from the Geek Squad including mounting of sound bar, installing TVs on the wall including two over fireplaces and everything works making me happy with the services.
