I had an issue with the headphone... but MPow took it up to themselves to make that right and replaced it. I was floored by their kindness.

Poor Quality

I have tried MPOW's customer service to get a resolution to this defective product but receive no response. Best Buy will not help because it is beyond their return period. So now I have $50 broken headphones. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS MODEL. Or if you do, buy the protection plan so you can get a replacement every six weeks when it breaks.

Talked to the customer service agent and they refunded me half of the money so that I could purchase a case. I purchased a case with the money from Amazon, so it worked out for the best

Not long-lasting

I charged them all night and they didn’t even last me the whole work day. Up until now I had no problems with them but will now have to purchase a better quality pair of headphones.
