Works great and was the least expensive option I could find for doing our first light show. It was also very simple and user friendly. I’d love it if they upgraded to better music. I wonder how complicated it would be to hack this one to add our own music. I hope they come out with a new one and save me the trouble. Tried to add a video to the review but it won’t let me.

This product is very easy to use and makes our light display look extremely professional! Only downside is that it’s not the loudest of music. If you’re driving by you might not hear it. But if you’re on foot walking by you can definitely hear the music. That’s the only downside. We love it and the neighbors do too!

I amazed all the neighbors and friends with this ! Everyone was blown away and asked how I did my light display. Simple solution is the Mr Christmas.

We hooked up a light show with this at my work (a senior living community). It has brought a ray of light (strobing and to music! Ha!) to our community during COVID 2020. So worth it!

Best low cost Christmas light controller available. So easy to use my 11 year old grandson sat up Christmas light show in under two hours. Only thing that is needed is fm WiFi capacity! Can’t go wrong with Mr. Christmas

Good price and easy to use; the down part the volume is not to hi even maximum volume the far distance to listen is apx. 20 ft.

This is absolutely amazing! This is my 3rd one. We turn off the volume on 2 of them and this allows for 18 different light syrings.

I am an employee with Best Buy and currently have this product setup with my Christmas Lights (yes I am the person with my Christmas Lights up before Halloween.) When setting Christmas Lights up before everyone else you tend to have all the neighbors stop over to chat and see what you are doing and why. My neighbors were very curious when it got dark out how everything would look and sound and they were not disappointed. I always wanted my house to be the festive house that people would look at when they drive by or kids would want to stop and see. With the Lights & Sounds of Christmas it was very easy to make this come to life. After hanging all my lights up and running extensions cords to the unit (I am using all 6 slots), I was able to have all lights dancing and the music playing by simply turning it on and choosing a mode. Yes it is that simple to look like a professional and have the best house on the block. My favorite setting so for the lights is Multi-Plex but it is nice having the option to have the lights on as normal with steady mode. I was worried the volume would be too loud at night but with the volume control I have been able to set it so the neighbors are happy and not complaining. Overall I am very happy with this product and how simple it was to setup and use.

I am an employee of Best Buy and have this awesome product plugged into my Christmas lights right now. For starters, it might be a little early in the season but it's already brought a lot of cheer and my neighbors agree. This product is very straightforward and user friendly. It comes with a detailed description of how to use it in the box but it's really as simple as plugging it in, plugging in your lights to its outlets, turning it on and finding the music and setting you like the most. I preferred Siberian on the unison setting, but again, I was able to determine this after tweaking it for 10 minutes. As noted in the product overview, it has 6 outlets, 3 light show settings and 20 different carols with volume control. Volume should not be a concern on this as it gets really loud if you want it to. It plugs into a standard outlet and will work in outdoor conditions --rain, snow, etc. What I liked most about the Lights and Sounds is the Christmas cheer it brought to my house and the neighborhood. I didn't realize it would do this until I hung the lights, plugged them all in and pressed play. It's a unique product that will keep your attention and bring you and your neighbors joy and laughter.

We purchased this in 2020, during a time of quarantine and isolation due to the pandemic. We wanted to give our neighbors something to do while staying at home. We have used this display for a few weeks and people really love it. Neighbors drive or walk by and stop to see the beautiful lights and hear the fun, festive music already installed! It has been a great distraction for so many people! We look forward to adding more lights to this new tradition each year. My only suggestion is to add an adaptor so we can put on our own music onto the already 20 songs available. It’s super easy to use, a great product!

I didn't have time to set up my 48-channel Light-O-Rama system this year, so I put up less lights & decor and decided to try the 6-channel Mr. Christmas. I've had it running on a timer for almost 3 weeks and so far I'm very pleased with its operation. It plays 20 clips of classic Christmas songs, with each song a little over 1 minute in length for a 23 minute light show that loops until you turn off the unit. The lights dance very nicely to each song. The speaker is loud enough to be heard from at least 60 feet away even with the volume turned only halfway up. Many cars have stopped to watch the lights, and I've received many compliments from neighbors and other people walking by. But the order is always the same. Our Mr. Christmas light show isn't as blinky-flashy as our Light-O-Rama show, and you're limited to the 20 songs that come with the Mr. Christmas unit. There's also no way to connect an FM transmitter or a higher-quality external speaker to the unit. But my Light-O-Rama setup, songs, & light sequences cost me over $1,500. LOR light shows also take a LOT more time to set up, especially if you create your own light sequences. At only a fraction of the cost, the Mr. Christmas unit is a much more affordable and easier way to turn your static display into a synchronized light & sound show that you, your family, friends, & neighbors will all enjoy. Even though I'm a long-time LOR user, I highly recommend Mr. Christmas. You will not be disappointed.

This thing is awesome! We have now had it for 2 seasons and it always is the talk of the neighborhood. If you want a very simple plug and play system to stand out for the holidays this is it!

This Outdoor Christmas Box is So Cool , You can Play Music as Loud as you want and , You have 3 Different Music Options , All your Christmas lights will flash to the Beat of the music . Even if you do not have Flashing lights . I just have plan lights and this thing is so cool . Also this come with 6 plugs, so you do not need a lot of Cords All of Our Neighbors who walk buy thinks this is really cool

I really liked this box. Worked as described. Held up in rough rain and wind. Simple setup and lights do what it says it will do. Songs are a little cheesy/electronic-y but I don't really care cause no-one is paying attention to the music really. I had no issues with volume as there is a volume control on unit. A seriously great deal pre-Thanksgiving made me buy it and I glad I did.

This box has a limited playlist, but found the volume to be better than advertised, or is that a matter of the pandemic and overall less traffic and noise. Also, I plugged all my lights in, and must have missed a toggle, as they aren't automatically synced to the music. That said, I am happy with the performance of the music box, and surprised with how easily I got it mounted.

For a 1st time trying to make her Christmas lights dance Mr. Christmas did not disappoint. It was the easiest thing to do to just plug in all my lights & then turn it on. It was not difficult at all. I definitely recommend if you want to add extra to you holiday decorations but aren't too tech savvy. The only small downside is although the music is decent the speaker isn't the loudest so place in a smart spot.

Sweet! I picked it up on a deal of the day. It is very simple--just connect up to 8 plugs and it sync's to the music. The built-in speaker is plenty loud enough to hear from the street, but not so loud it will annoy your close neighbors. It does NOT have a jack to hook it to external speakers--but some on the Internet have hard-wired one in (should be simple). The audio track sound great and it can play a subset or all of them (a few dial settings. Really looks great. Much bigger and sturdier than expected. I just hooked it up today (a weekend before Thanksgiving) so I wasn't so rushed on Black Friday. Will be the talk of the neighborhood.

Worked Why it was supposed to but wish it was heavier made and I and also wish you could download music to it even if I had to pay 5 or $10 more Also wish it had 2 more plugs That just turned on lights without flashing is that flashing built into this

This has really upped our holiday display this year. The music with the light show is dramatic and really makes you feel like celebrating the season. I only wish that they had thought about putting in a timer function. It would make it only that much easier to run. If you want a great display think about getting this.
