Great coffeemaker. Especially like the thermal carafe. Looks nice in the kitchen.

Brews a good hot pot that stays warm and doesn't burn

This is the second time I've owned this model. Seems to me, they've very much improved the metal carafe this time around. The coffee stays very hot, at least for maybe the first two hours, which is fine for my needs. And it does it without needing a hot plate. Carafe is easy to pour, and (incredibly) it doesn't dribble. At least, I haven't had any messes to wipe up, as with other carafes. Coffee tastes pretty good, although I'm thinking of using bottled water to improve it. Helps to shake or stir the coffee after brewing, or else the first cup or so will taste weaker.

If you're tired of walking on eggshells with your glass coffeepot, get this coffee maker. It's easy to use, the coffee is great and you don't have to worry about cracking the pot in the sink.

Don't hesitate, buy it! I love this coffee pot. The carafe keeps coffee hot over 2 hours. I've drank it after 4 hours and the coffee was still warm enough to drink.

We drink lots of coffee and this was just the basics of what we needed. Looks good, works well, doesn’t leak or leave a mess and coffee is hot and good!

My coffee maker was 20 years old, so I needed a new one,and this one is beautiful and works like a charm.love it.

This Mr. Coffee has a great carafe. Easy to load the water reservoir. Great water filter design. Effective and very easy to clean and/or replace. Easy to put ground coffee in the hopper. Coffee comes out nice and hot and carafe keeps it warm. Only downside is that the coffee seems to leak slightly when if drips into the carafe. There is just enough coffee that goes outside of the carafe to be annoying but not enough to spill over. Not enough to change my rating from 5 stars because the price point was really great.

Works as advertised. Brews rich cup of coffee with 1 coffee measure for 6 oz water. Easy to clean.

There is no burner to help to keep the coffee hot. Temperature control is solely reliant on the insulated pot. The pot itself needs to be preheated beforehand, otherwise the coffee will not be hot enough.

Very nice looking appliance. The carafe keeps the coffee hot for hours after brew cycle is finished. No hotplate. no burnt coffee taste!

I know it's just a coffee pot but it's exceeded my expectations. It is a ten cup carafe but it brews it faster than I expected. The carafe also retains the heat for much longer than needed. If I don't clean it until the next morning and coffee is still in it, the coffee is still warm. Excellent unit!

Hi, coffee maker arrived as stated, all in one piece. It makes great coffee. Looks great on the counter top. Ordering ran smooth.

This is exactly what my husband wanted, and the price was great. He hasn't used the programmable feature yet, but it brews well without spilling or leaking like his old coffee pot, and it has his coffee ready by the time he leaves in the morning or anytime on the weekend.

I love how the thermal pot which keeps the coffee hot in the pot without electricity. Looks wonderful on outside table.

Had this machine almost three years and it's still great. 10 cup thermal carafe keeps coffee hot for hours. The brewer will beep after two hours, which is about the time the coffee is no longer fit to drink, hot or not. Uses inexpensive basket filters. The removable water resevoir makes filling a cinch. If this one broke, i would buy another.
