Easy to use...including any needed progamming. Coffee brews appropriately hot. Coffee stays nicely hot in the carafe. Easy to fill with water. The display is easy to see (back-lit). We like the option of a stronger brew. Pretty quiet when it brews. Overall, great coffee maker!

I have been using a Keurig coffee maker for over three years. I was tired of the expense and also filling pods to use our freshly ground coffee. I read many reviews and found that this maker checked all the boxes for the qualities of a good coffee maker. It has a brewing temperature of 205 degrees, which is essential for good brewing. Also, even with no burner, the thermal pot keeps coffee hot for several hours. (I did not want a burner, as coffee gets a "burnt" taste after sitting on burner). The pot is also cool to the touch. I am exceptionally impressed with this product

Pot working fine after a few modifications. Unit did not include either a filter basket or a starter set of paper filters. Removed water filter. Water filter made coffee very weak and some of the grounds were dry at end of brewing cycle. Water reservoir consistently fails to drain completely after brewing cycle. Stainless steel carafe keeps coffee hot to very warm for about 2+ hours. Recommend as long as a coffee filter is purchased with the unit and understand removing the water filter may be necessary for desired brew strength.

I love this coffee maker. It is easily programmable. I set it up at night to have coffee waiting for me when I wake up. Water line indicators and easy grab area to fill with water. It is easy to use and clean. The coffee stays hot in the stainless steel carafe for an incredibly long time.

My sister has used this model for years and loved it. I bought mine after visiting her. It keeps coffee hot for a long time. I would buy this product again.

Pours a little slow. Is that bad????? The aroma of the hot brewed coffee builds up the anticipation of that first sip! Love the thermos keeping coffee hot without sitting on a warming tray!

This coffee maker is by far the best I have ever had. After YEARS of constant use, My other one, just like this one of course, finally played out and I couldn’t find this pot anywhere! I panicked but google saved me and sent me to Best Buy where I could replace my wonderful, best ever coffee pot. It is the easiest pot to use because you don’t have to try to pour the carafe into the back of the pot and get water everywhere. Just pull up on the plastic water reservoir and fill it up and click it right back into place. And THEN, just pull out the coffee ground holder on the other side and dump it out, put In a new filter with new grounds and click IT back into place! Make sure the coffee pot is empty and boo yah, push start or time delay and you have a perfect pot of coffee!! I would highly recommend this “fancy” looking pot to everyone who makes coffee.

This brewer replaced the exact same brewer I had for several years (it was a gift) but it leaked constantly. I loved it for size & design for my purposes. So I purchased a new one at Best Buy and my fingers are crossed. So far it hasn’t leaked. It’s a great coffee maker.

The brewing cycle is fast and the coffee is brewed well. The water reservoir is detachable which provides easy filling and less chance for spilled water and overfilling. There is a water filter which lasts for thirty days. It is very convenient to rinse daily as well as change. This coffee maker is easy to clean after each use.

The coffee maker itself has been working great over the past month that I have had it. The only issue that I have had does not deal with the coffee maker as much as it does the hard water in my area, but my water filter was essentially clogged by the hard water and it caused water to leak everywhere during the brew process. I had to take the filter out, but since I’ve done that it’s worked like a charm!

The only issue I have with this product is that there seems to be a design issue between the rim of the carafe and the bottom of the lid where they meet. Coffee seeps from there. Otherwise it makes a great cup of coffee that stays warm for hours.

I bought one for my sister while we remodeled her kitchen. Was so impressed with the design, ease of use and look that I went and purchased one for myself. Found my model was slightly different. The water reservoir was designed to stay connected and layed down over and covered the cup measurement indicators.

Brews quickly, coffee is perfect temperature, remains hot for quite awhile in thermal carafe. Removable water reservoir is convenient, as is removable coffee grounds module. Easy to set and program. Adjustable clock intensity. Has self-clean cycle (not yet tested). Overall a great coffee maker at a reasonable price.

I gave this coffee maker to my parents. My Dad is elderly and has a hard time operating a regular coffee machine or even a microwave. With this coffee maker, my mother makes a pot in the morning and Dad has hot coffee all day! He doesn't have to remember to turn anything off and the coffee is always delicious!

Good ole Mr. Coffee is still working after all these decades and this one does what it purports to do. Its a coffee maker. It makes coffee. And the quality of the coffee, depends on the coffee you buy.

Purchased for my husband for Father's Day. He loves this coffee pot. All he does is push one button at night and his coffee is hot and ready in the morning. The carafe keeps the coffee hot without continuing to brew so it does not get stronger.

I replaced an old Mr. Coffee Maker with This much improved device. Works well and looks great in an updated kitchen.

Good coffee maker with no frills. Coffee stays hot in stainless steel pot even after the unit shuts off. Easy to clean. Minor complaint is that coffee pours very slowly, which I'm sure is for safety.
