We've enjoyed so far. The metal pot really keeps the coffee warm for a long time.

Had a simple coffeemaker for years that produced very good coffee. It still works but the top is warped. Bought several others but took them back because of the quality of coffee produced. This was on sale at a much lower price and matched the quality of coffee produced by my old one.

Didn't include coffee filter basket, but great for 10 cup maker.

I am having fun with this. Because it makes coffee instantly.

This one replaces one of the same that we had for several years. As they do not make this model anymore, we were pleasantly surprised to find it here. May sound strange but we have tried other brewers and keep going back to this one. May buy a couple for safe keeping!

I am not a coffee drinker, but wanted a coffee maker to provide hot water for tea during the fall and winter! Along came this incredible deal that I could not resist. The price was right, and the coffee maker has lived up to the quality of Mr. Coffee products! Ver pleased!

I thought by having a thermal style coffee pot that it would keep my coffee warmer longer, not the case for this one. My cheap $10 glass pot stayed on longer and kept my coffee heated better than this one.

I am going to be returning this. Looks nice, but not what I expected. reading the instructions and finding out it doesn't keep the coffee warm, was very disappointing. It said to preheat the carafe but not after you put cold water in the brewer. Wait for it to warm up a bit or you could break the glass in it. Very loud. Actually takes quite a while to get it made. I little buzzer dings but it isn't done then,. I took it off and there was hardly any coffee in the pot. Just too much to take care of and I didn't care for that anymore.

I have purchased a earlier model of this several years ago. After much use (sometimes twice a day) it finally died. I loved the taste of the brewed coffee from the old machine so I saw this on sale for $20 and snagged it.

Worked fine a few times then started leaking coffee all over my kitchen counter, tried to see if it was dirty or not assembled right but everything was fine, tried to make coffee again a few more times and once again out of the 8 cups 7 leaked in the counter.

Seemed like a good coffee maker but it doesn't keep the coffee hot for more than 20-30 minutes. All the filters do help with the taste, just a poor overall design.

this is my second one. I purchased one, im using it now. I bought this one as a backup. Great price both times. $19.99. Love best buy when they put these amazing affordable deals.

My wife and I love this coffee maker. The thermal coffee pot remains cool while the coffee inside remains hot for hours. The program time and strengths settings are nice bonuses

It prepares coffee fine. Coffee remains hot for a long while. But for some reason it leaks water when I put the water in the tank. I still haven't figured out how to prevent that.

It works very well and makes good hot coffee. The only small drawback is a small area to fill the water compared to other coffee makers i have in the past.

This pot does not make as many cups as other Mr. Coffee pots we have had in the past. It has a tendency to leak out the back during brewing. Not sure why.

The biggest plus is the shatter proof carafe. Keeps it plenty hot long enough. Easy to use. Set it and it's ready to drink when you get up.
