    This coffee maker worked just fine for the first four months, then it began to leak water out of the bottom. Yesterday, all the water poured into the resevoir ran right thru and all over the counter top. Am returning the product to BestBuy tomorrow.

    The pot finally cracked on our 20 year old BD Undercounter, unfortunate because it made great coffee. This Mr. Coffee replacement does indeed make very tasty coffee but the hot water dispenses from just one opening on one side only instead of in the center which has caused the paper filters to collapse on that side. Coffee grounds then flow over the filter and into the pot which wastes good ground coffee beans.

    Looks nice, but because of design flaws; it leaks water everywhere! I constantly have to wipe it up. In trying to make things easier, they made things worse..Very annoying! I should I have returned when I had the chance!
