I give it 4 stars as it is really the only coffee machine that I could find that makes, K-cups, drip and espresso and it does work. #2 It comes with a lot of attachments, Kcup, 2 different espresso filters and a thermal crafe It doesn't get 5 stars because: #1 it is difficult to see the water tank located in back of the machine and the plastic reservoir is frosted so you have to pull the machine away from the back wall area and then take the cover off to see if more water is needed. #2 The connection to add the kcup, espresso or drip filers attachments is very hard to attach #3 It is made of plastic #4 the fold out espresso cup shelf is difficult to pull down, really needs a better tab then a hole

This machine does everything I was looking for, brewed coffee by the cup or pot, espresso, milk frothing/steaming for cappuccino/latte drinks. Love the large water reservoir. I wish it brewed just a bit hotter, thus the 4 stars instead of 5.
