    I've bought two of these machines within a year of each other. They work wonderfully until they don't. I won't be buying another.

    Second purchase of machine. Need to press buttons countless times before it works, not one touch; not really self cleaning. Same problem with first but at least the first one gave you a sweet taste, otherwise same complaints.
