Love mine, yes it did leak once on my countertop because I did not push the water tank down properly. I still have not figured out how it keeps my coffee hot because where the carafe set doesn't get hot... but my coffee never has that burnt spell. Liked the little coffee maker so much I purchased a second one for our beach cabin. No problem with the single cup making.

This is a very nice coffee maker. I really like the carafe. It keeps the coffee hot for a long time. And it's a bonus to be able to make a cup at a time. I would definitely recommend. I ordered on line and received it in a very timely manner.

Great tasting coffee. I love the ability to choose pot vs cup. I make a pot in the morning which stays warm in the carafe. Most days, that’s all the coffee my husband and I need but it’s nice to have that option of that extra cup in the afternoon on some days.

Love this little coffee maker. Small and prefect. Not too many bells and whistles to break. It brews and then shuts off. Never have to remember to turn off the coffee pot. The craft keeps coffee hot for like two hours.

I have had absolutely no problems with this Mr coffee maker! It works great & coffee is hot whether you are making one cup, or a full pot & yes definitely will keep the coffee hot for hours in the very high quality carafe!

Mr. Coffee rivals most competitors in the market! The multiple settings are fun to use and makes the product very versatile which I love. Whether I need to brew an entire pot to chill for iced coffee or brew a single cup for a morning pick me up, the Mr. Coffee provides it. Another great feature is the "strong brew" function for those who need a bit more kick to get going. Finally, my FAVORITE feature which some of the other more expensive units dont have is the ability to use the clock function to set the brewing time on the unit. I absolutely love waking up to the smell of coffee brewing in the morning. Something about it is very nostalgic

I almost returned this item since I kept getting the “add water” error message like others mentioned. But try just pushing in and making the water run before you plug it into the base which resolved the problem for me. I LOVE this coffee maker. I wish it were a little less plastic-y but being able to use pods OR your own coffee in a reusable pod OR brewing a whole pot in a machine that doesn’t take up much space on the counter is phenomenal!! The water heats up almost immediately. I just hope it lasts!

Very compact. Like the stainless steel carafe. Problem with it is the single cup not hot enough. Had problem with the sensor: add water alert . Resolved with trouble shooting and has now returned. Will be returning the item to the store.

It's pretty functional and easy to use. However, coffee sometime doesn't come out as strong as I wanted it to be. I needed to increase the coffee ground I use from the amount I used for the older Machine to get the same taste.

Happy with everything about the coffee maker except that the "Strong" feature actually makes the coffee significantly weaker? Otherwise using pods it makes the coffee nearly instantly! My previous coffee maker took about 4 minutes to brew one cup. I love the versatility of using pods or making a pot.

Saves so much counter space. The carafe keeps the coffe hot for hours. And I live the flexibility of wither a pot or a Kcup. Price is great.

I love my new coffee maker especially it keep hot in thermal pot. I also like the filter for use makes coffee taste much fresher. Why not befire its a great addition to fresher coffee.

This is a versatile, compact pot. My husband can make his pods while I make a full pot. We use this in our camper where space is at a premium. The carafe keeps the coffee hot.

had to get a nice coffee maker since my Keurig just stopped working(they are hot garage). so i picked this up and it's great. it has a timer to make coffee and can do k cups if you have them. nice maker.

Great Coffee Maker and very practical. I love the can especially much because it’s easy to clean.

We bought this to be "greener" by not using the plastic K cups. We haven't gotten rid of all of the old K cups yet, but because this will make pots with grounds, or use K cups, we are using up K cups. It is not as fast as our old Cuisinart. The reservoir is not as big. That's not a big deal for the two of us and max 4 cups a day. When you replace the K cups there is some coffee spillage/drips that wasn't there with the K cup only Cuisinart because you have to take the cartridge out of the machine, rather than pop the top. Once we switch to grounds, I think these few negatives will become moot.
