Very good coffee maker, fast and hot. Instant coffee made with this stainless steel coffee maker is incredible delicious.

This coffee maker is sleek and compact which is great. However, it has no plate that keeps the coffee warm, just the carafe. It brews a very light coffee and I have wasted a lot of coffee trying to get it dark enough (and I prefer my coffee light). Also, water comes out of it and leaks onto my countertop. I willl be returning it.

It is made poorly. Making coffee with carafe works better than single serve K-Cups. The stainless steel carafe keeps the coffee hot which is great!

So far it is a keeper........I like the size and easy to operate.....

Would be perfect except for a very significant flaw......It does not produce HOT coffee. Immediately it's lukewarmish and once you pour into cup, there's never a Hot taste. I have never seen a coffemaker that never dispenses hot coffee and even the stainless thermal pitcher doesn't aid in keeping it hot. Cannot figure out the problem. Bought it brand new and I am so disappointed. I wanted to Love this machine and make it my last one to purchase, since I have been searching all the past year for THE ONE!

Coffee maker works very well. Does all kinds of cups and cake cups I like it a lot looks good not too big works well. Also everything from the sale to the pick up at the drive up went very smooth. Best Buy best place.

Love the carafe and the sleek look of this appliance. However, the water runs all over the counter from underneath the machine. I tried the tips and tricks I found on reviews and videos online, but it still leaks after you switch from one form to the other. I was so happy with the prospect of this beautiful combo unit, but very disappointed with the overall performance of the unit.

The coffee maker leaks and is useless so he had to return it. We’ve tried two others and they also like. It’s a shame because it’s a wonderful coffee maker.

This product allows for the same amount of coffee to be brewed as most traditional drip coffee makers, while having a significantly smaller footprint. The insulated carafe is excellent at keeping coffee warm; I went back for more coffee as long as 4 hours later with the coffee still piping hot. It may seem odd to not include a hot plate underneath, but it's not needed with the insulated carafe. It also allows for brewing with K-Cups, or even an included single-serve, refillable K-Cup. There's likely a diminishing value in the included water filter setup; it may reduce the need to clean the coffee maker, but I'm willing to bet that the filters themselves are expensive. Note: I did have an issue where the coffee maker did not recognize that there was water in the tank. If this happens, be sure to reset by pressing the middle two buttons on the front of the machine (Min + Strong) for about ten seconds. It worked fine after that!

Being able to make a k-cup or brew a pot is amazing!
