Worked fine for a few days, then started gradually leaking from somewhere. We thought it was us spilling the water but the leak got worse and after a few months it was evident the product was leaking and we could not fix it ourselves. It was under warranty but they were difficult and painfully slow to deal with...tried to get a replacement but since they were out we just accepted a refund. I bought this with my Best Buy Points so we only got $4 back from the manufacturer. I would like my full refund from Best Buy.

I ordered this coffee machine because I liked the dual feature of pot or pod use. I only gave it 3 stars because I find the pot doesn't keep the coffee hot for as long as my pervious one. The other issue is getting the coffee strength right. We found we need to use a lot more coffee or else it's to weak.

I was looking to find a coffee maker and also a k-cup so I would have it all in one unit and I found one at Best Buy and it has opened up space on my kitchen countertop and I can make 10 cups of coffee or one cup with the k-cup

Good coffee maker that makes both kcups and ground coffee.

Originally bought because of the dual carafe/pod capabilities. The carafe is the SLOWEST pouring carafe in the world. The coffee seeps from the lid seals and drips down the carafe after pouring. We always gave a coffee ring on the counter from this thing. The K-Cup part only works half the time. The other half of the time the screen blinks ADD WATER whenever you try to brew a coffee pod. Not only that, but water also goes through the pod without actually producing coffee when this happens. I think i've wasted at least $75 in pods from this happening. Save your money, buy something wlse.

First unit had the 'add water' issue and exchanged. Unit does look very nice but doesn't always work as expected. Regular brew with pods is sometimes weak. Same pods on different coffee maker are fine. Strong brew cycle with basket only brews an ounce or so of liquid then regular fast brew (dark coffee at first followed by very light coffee). not bad if you like to stir your cup before drinking. Wife says carafe brew wastes expensive coffee because it takes a full basket to get 4 cups of a good tasting brew. Timer works but only makes about 2 ounces of coffee and is done. We've also had pods distort from high heat and tops peel up making a mess to clean up, I would return but it's been over Best Buys 2 week return policy so guess we are stuck with this maker.

LOVE this ... takes the place of my Mr Coffee I've had for YEARS ... QUICK brew, easier to use stainless carafe, and being able to use the pods ... SUPER for when I just need a pick-up ,,, and the overall size ...GREAT ....

My wife and I love this coffee maker. We make pots of coffee to fill our travel mugs during work days but in the evenings or weekends sometimes only want a single cup of coffee, so having the option for a carafe or pods is fantastic

Happy I made the purchase, I had previously had a k-cup only machine that I needed to replace. I am happy with this machine as I can brew with filter and k-cup. Plus it includes a carafe. Very easy to use and clean. No regrets.

Mr. Coffee has really made a great combo coffee maker with this one. The coffee taste great and is really hot, the thermo carafe keeps my coffee hot and fresh for at least 3 hours but the coffee is usually gone by that time. I love the size and have put away my bunn and keurig pots and use this one exclusively. I keep the water compartment full all the time as I did on my Keurig and just put coffee in the basket at night and just push the start button in the morning and have hot coffee in 6 minutes. If I want a k cup just put the insert in and push a button. Also like the resusable kcup for my own coffee, so much easier than the keurig, Needless to say we love this new coffee maker and hope it keeps on working. Have had this about a month.

Buy Mr coffee if you have a lot of time in the morning. But if you are on the go like me this coffee maker is not the best choice. Sure it's a space saver. Also looks stylishly. To brew a cup the whole top needs to be removed. While it's still hot change the pod for carafe.

Was excited to try this maker. Followed the instructions had it all set up with the tank filled to 10, ready to do it's first brew of clean water only... Hit Brew Now... "Error: Add Water". Took the tank off poured out the water, checked both rubber fittings on the reservoir. Filled with new water, put it back on...same error. I did this another 3 times. Same results. Returning today. Was space saving as it said, but didn't work out of the box. Sad day :( hoping you'll have better luck with yours if you decide to buy it!

It works exactly as described! Thermos carafe keeps coffee warm for several hours. The pod accessory is great for my relaxing cup in the afternoon

We love this coffee maker! It is awesome that you get the option to use the pods or you can brew your coffee

Perfect replacement to free up counterspace. Wanted the metal carafe, ended up really liking having the two in one option. Coffee is kept warm nicely.

I bought mine just a little over 2 months ago. Worked pretty well but yesterday it decided to die. Took it back to Best Buy and they gave me store credit for a new one. I was really surprised for a Mr. Coffee product not to mention the $100 price, you would think it would have lasted a while.

Great coffee maker for both brewed and or single cup. NO LEAKS.. have used approx. 2-3 weeks every day.

This item was new and I liked the idea of the Steel Coffee Pot and the ability to use a single serve Cup. But, what I dont like is Water leaking out of the bottom. I think its condensation.
