I ordered this coffee maker and used it about 4 times then it kept saying add water when it was already full of water. Tried everything book said nothing worked. So I packed it up to return and Best Buy couldn't take it back has to be sent to company. From my understanding I only had 2 weeks to return it. So I paid a lot of money for a piece of junk that Best Buy won't stand behind. Needless to say I will not order anything else from Best Buy and I order a lot from there. I will be sure to spread the word about this situation. Thanks Best Buy for lousy customer service.

The only good thing about this coffee pot is the pot. It’s not glass. It is advertised as a 10 cup coffee pot, however, the pot only makes a total of 5 cups. If you pour the water to any number on the reservoir , it makes half of 1/2 of the number on the reservoir. The coffee taste watered down if using 1 tablespoon of ground coffee per cup, in order to have a normal cup of coffee, you need 2 tablespoons of per cup. In addition, it is necessary to heat your cup of coffee in the. Microwave as the coffee is Luke warm. Really disappointed in this purchase.

Coffee maker leaked and I have no vehicle to return to store. So I contacted Mr. Coffee and they shipped me a new one that works great.. No leaks from seal..

Needle keeps blocking up and coffee maker doesnt brew. After brewing the wayer keeps dripping causing a mess on the counter.

Love the flexibility to make single serve coffee or coffee for several people. Easy to use and maintain.

The ability to pre-fill the water reservoir, make coffee w/ single-cup pods or the typical filter, and schedule a brewing time make this a great counter-top coffee maker.

This coffee pot is not worth it. Spend a bit more and get a better product. We returned it and got a Ninja; which we love.

Works perfectly all modes. Makes great coffee full pot or partial. I live the reusable filter. The reservoir is easy to access for filling. Its easy to keep clean as well.

Love the duality of it can make a whole pot or 1 cup but must press strong unless you like real weak coffee.Husband uses the pot for tea as well.

Leaks water everywhere after 4 months of use. Its sad to see since this was my favorite coffee machinr.

PIECE OF CRAP!!! The overall concept is nice but we are getting ready to return our second unit. This one like the one before it leaks water all over the counter if you fill it for over night. You have to put the water in at the time of use to prevent this. Makes the timed brewing useless. For the price, this is a total disappointment. Have seen other reviews of the same problem and have complained to Mr Coffee but don't expect any action. Inferior product. Dont buy.

Coffee stays hot for 3 hours. I like that there is no hot plate so it saves money. I only wish it had a bigger opening on Carafe to pour faster.

We had high hopes for this 2 in 1 coffee maker. Put it together per the instructions, leaked immediately. Called Mr. Coffee's customer service and waited on the phone for 30 mins. Gave up. Returned it and got an identical replacement at Best Buy. Guess what? The new one leaked as well, except it leaked overnight. After being completely disappointed with Mr. Coffee's quality and customer service, we returned this one and bought a different brand. Stay away.

The single-serve function on this machine does not work unless at least once a day having to fix the pod compartment, It will start brewing, and then just stops brewing the pod, indicating "add water", even though the reservoir is full. This machine has wasted more pods than it has actually brewed. On a positive note, brewing the 10-cup carafe is decent, and keeps the coffee hot for several hours. I wouldn't recommend this for brewing pods.

I just bought this 8 days ago and about to take it back. There is nothing good to say about this coffee maker. The coffee is never hot enough, gets to about 170 degrees, coffee is supposed to land anywhere between 195-205 degrees. The, "Thermal," carafe does not keep coffee warm for long. The pourer itself is horrible, takes forever to pour a cup of coffee. Not sure what happened to Mr Coffee but he is a shell of his former self. DO NOT BUY

For me it is essential to have a good cup of coffee in the morning to fully wake up XD, this coffee maker fulfills this purpose without inconvenience, it is a coffee maker for regular home use, nothing out of the ordinary. I mention the above because the main thing to consider is that it has two options for preparing coffee, either using the carafe or K-cup. In both cases the process of preparing coffee is very simple, one of the things that is of great help to me is the fact of having its own filter, since it is not necessary to spend money all the time on filters and also not so much garbage is generated . The performance of the coffee maker is good, only in a couple of things it could be better, the clock is placed in the lower part and I feel that it would be better above but it is a matter of taste, another thing is that it does not have a warming plate but the pod by its own thermal construction allows to keep the coffee hot for several hours, it is not a big deal you just have to be aware of the time from the moment you finish preparing the coffee. It is recommended that once the product is unpacked, wash it and then start using it, it has a regular size and color, it basically looks nice. For the price it seems to me that having the ability to prepare coffee in the traditional way or with K-cups, is totally worth it considering that buying two coffee makers with one of the above functions each would be more expensive. In summary, it is a coffee maker that in addition to offering programming time to prepare coffee, strong brew selector, a carafe that keeps the coffee warm and prevents spills, you also have the option of just placing a K-cup and ready to enjoy a good coffee, for me it is worth the price and I can recommend it.

Good value for dual brewing. MORE FEATURES than a plain Mr. Coffee maker. Small learning curve to setup and use.

Always liked bunn coffee makers this has not disappointed me. Beat thing I like about it is the stainless steel pot

I was expecting more from Mr. coffee brand. We bought this coffee maker and at first it worked just fine. Then it started to leak. We bought the replacement guarantee. Took it back to Best Buy and got a replacement of the same coffee maker. This time as soon as I plugged it in it started to leak. After looking at some information online the leaking is typical for this coffee maker. Very disappointed!

Only problem is makes weird noises when done but does what its needs to do.
