Love convenience of carrying coffee pot downstairs or on patio...my Bunn went out after 5 years and wasnt paying extra again for that!

Only problem is makes weird noises when done but does what its needs to do.

Really not a good product. The machine will no longer brew if I select the strong feature after about a month. Best Buy did not back the product and referred me to the manufacturer, who did not provide any assistance. I used to think Mr. Coffee made a good product. Not anymore

My family is so excited to get this combo brewer! Some of them like to just use K-Cups, and some of them like to brew full pots of coffee in the morning. Now we can clear some counter space and just use this one! It is very simplistic in design, has an easy to use electronic board to manage your coffee brew options, and has a taller dispenser, so you can fit some taller travel mugs under it. The initial set up can be a lot, considering the amount of things that need washed and cleaned before using. There is also a filter pod that stays in your water tank that needs to soak for 5 mins before using as well, but there is not a requirement to use it. After the initial set up, cleaning is not that bad, depending if you are using the K-Cup or not. The carafe has a smaller hole at the top, so a bottle brush is going to be needed. The K-Cup component just sits inside the brewer basket and is easy to use. Just lift the lid on the component, put in your favorite K-Cup and push the lid closed all the way. 2 little spikes will penetrate the top and bottom of the K-Cup. Then just slide the brewer basket back into the dispenser and start your brew. When using the K-Cup component, the screen will automatically switch the serving size to Ounces. When you take out the component and just use the regular brew basket with the caraffe, it will set its serving size to Cups. It goes up to 12 Ounces, or 10 Cups. A nice included component for the K-Cup brewer is a single serving coffee ground pod, so if you want to use fresh ground coffee and make a single cup, you can just fill up the pod with your favorite coffee, slip it into the K-Cup component, put the brew basket back into the dispenser and brew a delicious cup. All with out the need of a paper filter. The pod uses mesh filters around the bottom. The electronic board comes very simple. One button for a timed brew, one button to start your brew now, and on the screen is a time set, timed brew start time, a strong brew option if you want your coffee to steep longer, and size selector, with buttons for each underneath. The carafe holds 10 cups and is a nice double walled stainless design. It does a great job keeping the coffee hot for several hours but starts cooling down after that. The dispenser lid for the carafe is ok. you have to push the button at the handle for the coffee to dispense, but it does not seal the best and still can come out when you are not pushing the button. Its not a big deal but if its designed to be sealed off, then it does it poorly. One thing I do really like about the carafe lid is that it goes on and off with just a quarter turn, so it is easy to take off and clean. The water reservoir is a bit of an annoyance to me but its just a personal opinion, not anything overall bad. It is on the back end of the brewer so if you have lower kitchen cabinets like I do, you have to pull out the whole coffee maker from under the cabinets to be able to fill the water. The reservoir does come out of the brewer, but it is still not easy to access under the cabinets. The reservoir lid is also very easy to remove, and I'm kind of mixed about that. Overall, This coffee maker is GREAT! It does a fantastic job at brewing, comes with easy to follow instructions, and I love the simple brewer screen interface! Even with a few personal gripes, I highly recommend this Mr. Coffee Combo Brewer. It goes great in a multitude of different environments.

Nothing because it is a liars. Only give 2 drop of coffee in my cup. Return to store and they gives you some out company number to reported to them.

The Mr Coffee Pod+10 Cup Combo Brewer turned out to be a great replacement for an aging, failing coffeemaker. Although I like the idea of a pod (single cub) brewer, we drink enough coffee that the waste generated by a pod brewer is really objectionable. The ability to brew both a full (10 cup) pot and a single cup using a reusable (k-cup compatible) pod module is a real win. Personal note here. I drink black coffee and I hate old, bitter coffee. I like a thermal carafe because it keeps the coffee from turning bitter longer than a glass carafe and hot plate. The Mr Coffee Combo Brewer has the now usual brew at some time feature. It has a nice, slim profile that fits well on a crowded counter. As I noted, the thermal carafe does a much better job of preserving coffee taste. The thermal carafe is the only one that I've ever had that doesn't dribble while pouring and has a button to prevent spills. The water reservoir is detachable, so you simply take it to the sink and fill it, none of this nonsense pulling the coffee maker out and pouring water into it. Some of the really unique features are in the controls. You can set the brew size at the touch of a button. Fill the reservoir full (10 cups), set the coffeemaker for 6 cups, and it brews 6 cups. While you may still have to remove a couple scoops of coffee, you don't have to pour out the water. Makes it much easier to change your mind rather than tossing a bunch of coffee. The single cup brewer and included reusable pod filter work really well. You set the size coffee you want (6, 8, 10, or 12 oz), fill the reservoir and put coffee in the pod filter. Then put your cup on the pad and push the brew button. I found that a scoop and a half of ground coffee made for a nice strong 12oz cup. There is a 'strong coffee' setting which made the pod brew stronger and a bit bitter to my taste. It didn't seem to have as much effect on the pot brew. Cleaning, by the way, was pretty easy because everything can be easily removed and rinsed or run through the dishwasher. I do wish they had included a coffee scoop, I was surprised at that omission. All in all we are very happy with the Mr Coffee Pod+10 Cup Combo Brewer. It takes up very little precious counter space and does double duty admirably, making a good cup of coffee using carafe or pod. And of course, it makes excellent coffee, either by the carafe or by the cup!
