After spending $200 to fix our ice maker in the fridge only to find out we needed to spend $300 more and there was still no guarantee it would work, we looked at other options. The ice dispenser still workers fine as does the water dispenser. We bought this little gem and are very happy. It is small and makes ice quickly. On the weekends, we make several batches of ice and refill our dispenser with it.

For the price this is great. I use it for my dogs, they love ice. We used to use our fridge but used it so often the motor for the ice burned out. This is very helpful even with the weekly cleaning. Just sometimes gets plugged up

Overall satisfied. Makes ice fast and drops a couple of glasses of ice about every 10 minutes. It helps keep up with our ice consumption.

This made really great tasting clear ice cubes. It was just not as convenient as I wanted it to be. The cleaning of it was a pain in the butt too. Impossible to clean deep in the reservoir.

I love this ice maker! I've been using it for a couple of months now and have had no problems at all. Makes more ice than I can use, which I like. It is worth the money that I paid for it.

The ice maker grid was a little smaller that expected, and the first time I used it I was a little apprehensive, but once the refrigeration unit started cooling it turned out crystal clear ice cubes fairly quickly. I use filtered water but I don't know if that has much to do with the clarity. Our water here is very hard so I decided to use only filtered water to help with the scale buildup. All in all it was a great purchase.

The ice all stuck together in one huge block. Overall was not impressed by the ice maker.

The clear ice is so much better than the white bullet cubes. Stays frozen all day in my hydro-flask so I never have to refill.

This was a great purchase. No more trips to the store for ice. Always plenty of ice on hand. Great for birthdays and bbqs.

Makes ice FAST! Clear cubes not cloudy bullets or half moons. Only drawback, the ice is wet... surprise! It will clump in the freezer, breaks up easily. Good machine! Just what I was looking for.

installed a undersink ro water filter for it. for the filter water to put in machine this really helps the ice stay clear and test good.

With very little freezer space, buying a portable ice maker made sense. But don’t buy this one. The pump failed within a couple hours on the first one I bought, exchanged it for another and the freezing grid didn’t work a all. I did not try a third time. Employees at BestBuy were great, but please don’t sell this product anymore!

Very convenient for a small office setting with limited water resources

We purchased this ice maker for our work. We expected it to make the amount of ice it advertised and after running all day it only made one sheet of ice. It spits the ice cube sheet out and it lays on the a plastic arm and until it falls off the ice machine will not make anymore ice. It will not fall off without assistance. Any Ice you do assist and that falls into the tray will not stay frozen, you must remove immediately or it will melt. We thought this might just be a bad machine so we called and they sent us out another one, but the same thing happened with the new machine as well. There is no way this machine makes 35 lbs in 24 hours even with someone sitting with the machine and making sure the ice drops. We never got more that 2 glasses of ice in 24 hours period. If possible and was allowed I would not even give (1) STAR!

Although I had to return the first one (not operational), this one does a good job and is slick looking!!

It produces lots of ice I wish the cubes were bigger squares though.

This ice maker is easy to use and makes ice fast. I love it.

This product does what it said it would. Only issue to the ice tends to stick together but not a big issue.

I bought this as a present for my mother and she absolutely loves it.

Although other customers assured us it was a great product, we tried for a week to use it, with abysmal results.
