NON-STOP usage by the wife. Literally 24/7!

Only negative is it makes noise it does not have to, lots of beeps. I don't need to know when it is full of ice really loud in the middle of the night :)

Buy an ice pick, too

The ice maker doesn't keep the ice frozen, so once the ice starts melting, the pieces stick together, and you have to jab them with a utensil or break them apart to fit the ice into your glass. I took this product back for a refund after only one day. Buy an ice maker that has a freezer so your ice doesn't stick together. They are very expensive, but I searched and searched and found a refurbished one. Another option would be to buy a very small freezer and install an ice maker (the same you would see in a traditional refrigerator/freezer). Whatever you do, don't buy this product unless you also buy an ice pick.
