    Where to start....OK how about I open it up and I am instantly missing the back pack, wrist rest, and mouse pad...and sadly that is just the start. Best buy states 3 times on this advert that the product is 1tb Sata + 256gb SSD. They state one time that the 256gb SSD is made up of 2x128gb SSD "1TB hard drive and two 128GB solid state drives (SSD) for a blend of storage space and speed" THIS IS NOT THE CASE !!!!!!!!!! THE PC COMES WITH A 128 GB SATA SSD. BEWARE!!!! I HAVE HAD MY PC LESS THAN 1 DAY AND HAD TO SEND IT TO SUPPORT TO FIX THIS ISSUE. I will edit this review once Best Buy has appropriately fixed my PC to have 256gb as I bought.
