I Gave them the benefit of a doubt purchased for different computers from 4 different locations all of them were dead on arrival when I receive them the 5th computer I had shipped to the store that opened it at the store plugged up and it did not work so I've received 5 of these P c's dead on arrival i paid for Expedited shipping on for P c's at a price of almost $80 each time and did not get those prices refunded when returning the computers I do not recommend buying APC from Best Buy At all the geek squad was not even willing to check to see what was wrong with the PC So I took my money and reinvested into clx gaming they built me a custom PC shifted to me and it works.

The computer was a Christmas present but it had a problem with the power supply so it wouldn’t turn on. I was able to exchange it and luckily the local computer store was able to build one before Christmas. Maybe I was just unlucky but I wouldn’t recommend buying one unless they have another in stock.

It’s a good Pc but if you want something better than save up and buy a way better Pc, it gives me problems sometimes but it’s because I haven’t really fixed it internally but it can definitely be upgraded.

Like many of the other reviews I ordered one of these pcs and it wouldn't properly start up. I went to the store to pick the first one up and wanted a store member to boot the pc before taking it home. It had an issue the gentlemen didn't even physically check anything, nothing but a visual inspection. The second one I had shipped to my house. A couple of the connectors were a little loose and 1 was not seated at all. That's the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. I also think that is the reason so many of them aren't booting properly as I believe things are giggling loose during shipping. Otherwise the computer runs great plays everything I want with good frame rates. 4 stars for the computer 1 star for the geek squad member with the first one.

I got this PC a few days ago and I works amazing I even took it apart and switched the cases just make sure all of the wires are plugged into the motherboard because some wires might get lose in shipping. I run fortnite at 290+ FPS and Warzone 140+ FPS! The first thing you should upgrade from this pc is the power supply it has a delta brand psu and isn’t very good so I recommend buying a new psu if you want to get this pc and also remember to always tell them to turn it on in store to make sure yours works !!

Let me preface by saying that in the past I’ve never had issues with MSI (owned them for years). I was attempting to get the upgrade to this one, sold out. This one was recommended by the BestBuy employee. I had done my research on the step up but not this one. Same computer (exception of a few parts). Same maker. Should be pretty consistent. False. I left BestBuy and was looking at it and found all these horrific reviews. I had my fingers crossed due to success with MSI in the past. Unboxed it. Check all the cables, ports, etc. Everything connected. All looks good. No power switch. Nothing. So I continued on, plugged it in. Dead. DOA. Just like everyone else here. This is junk and poor quality control on MSI. Returned for a iBUYPOWER. Hopefully my luck turns out better.

I replace this item twice and still no luck. Both times the system wasn't getting any power. I replace the cord on the second system and still no luck. I returned it for the 2nd time to purchase a completely different brand.

Not sure why the bad reviews. Works well with me. Do your research before you buy. The power supply that comes with this could be a bit beefier for the price. I recommend a 650 watt fully modular.

I have had literally no problems with this system. I gave it a solid 30 days of non stop use and have yet to run into any problems. The DOA and such claims on here in the reviews could be due to faulty hardware, or possible lack of knowledge. I always go through a premade system and make sure all connections are secure before initial power up. (Things get knocked loose in shipping, weather it be to you or the store front, and that will indeed short thing out). So if you are an entry level pc gamer, you will be more than happy with the performance from this machine, and if you are a skilled pc gamer/builder, please do what you would if you would normally do and check your sockets, before giving this a bad review due to your own negligence. Side note: there was a mix up between my online ordering it, and Best Buy pick up, which the team at the Albany NY store handled amazingly. Yes I was there for a little bit extra time, but it all got sorted out and they were extremely helpful in explaining what had happened.

Well, like a lot of folk here, I had a bad experience with this computer. It would seemingly power up, meaning the case and cpu fans would spin and their RGB lights worked, but it wouldn't boot up. It seems the graphics card was likely bad since the fans wouldn't spin and nothing on the monitor. So I returned it and took a chance on another one. The second one was completely DOA. I am amazed that MSI doesn't have good quality control over a PC that is completely made up of only their own parts. SMH.

I purchased this item about 2weeks ago and I was not satisfied I was told by the sales men that it would be deliverd to my house in 2days however it came in 4days later. This pc also looked very nice from the front however it did not come with a power switch In my 20 years I have never seen a pc without a power switch. However I went and purchased a pc from Micro Center and boi am I a happy camper awsome pc for the right price I would rate Micro Center a 5 out of 5 highly recomend if looking to buy a pc.

this is a replacement for a problematic gaming pc i had that the employees at the store helped me solve. everyone was wonderful and im happy with what i ended up with. it runs great for what a need it for and i have a clear path up upgradability. all and all im super happy. msi also makes everything in house and when i priced this pc out on pcpartspicker i came out ahead and paid less then i would have if building myself.
