Terrible!! Arrived DEAD!! Exchanged for another hoping it was a fluke, NOPE the 2nd arrived DEAD as well!! Do not waste your time or money!!

Disappointed that Best Buy overlooked the obvious reviews of the many people who said this PC was defective and allowed it to keep being shipped without checking. More disappointed with MSI for clearly not QCing these PCs before distributing to Best Buy. What a complete waste of time when excited to get our first "great" gaming PC.

Trash. Gpu made pretty colors on screen 30min into cyberpunk then no gpu function.

Runs well. We enjoy this computer. Quality great.

I just received today and plugged everything turned it on and nothing... The GPU isn't working. I feel cheated.

When you try to play a game it just crashes it doesn’t have power switch either

i had two defective units zero response at all both times and both psu had no switch??

Performance expectations are overrated. Makes noise and even tends to get heated.

Had the same issue as others if it not connecting to the monitor no matter what we tried. We had a very upset kid when his Christmas gift that he had tears of joy in his eyes plus ran and hugged us before he even finished unwrapping due to excited didn’t work. It is a sad something so expensive there are so many problems with.

Ordered this computer for my son and once we received it, we could not get it to power on. So, returned it to the store and reordered another one. The second computer came and was not packaged properly, it also had issues loading. Then decided to try a different computer.

Contrary to other post about this particular build, this system is extraordinary. Upon opening the packaging I did notice there is no master power switch on the back. My heart did sink a tad when I turned it on and saw nothing but black on my monitor, but I didn't properly connect my display port cable. I'm truly amazed at the performance this pc has to offer. I can run all my games at high or even ultra settings and not have any lagging or crashes. I would advise that you purchase additional storage. I would recommend m.2 since this has 2 slots available, to utilize that lightning speed and truly open up it's performance.

It was my son gift for Christmas, it did not work out of the box! Called msi support and have been with them for more than two days trying to solve the problem, very bad service by them, four hours in line sometimes, waiting for the representatives to help me, very disappointed, i think i will return it, don't recommend buying it.

so customer service was great as always. when i bought this product the gpu was messed up i took it back same day and they replaced it with no problem. long story short this is a great gaming computer so far no problems at all. thank u best buy
