so customer service was great as always. when i bought this product the gpu was messed up i took it back same day and they replaced it with no problem. long story short this is a great gaming computer so far no problems at all. thank u best buy

First purchase was a bust. DOA. Returned that unit and ordered the same product and two days later i got an almost fully functional one. The on-board audio and Jack's aren't working but the Bluetooth does. Not too bad overall for the price. Especially for a 4th gen ryzen 7 3800x and a radeon rx 5600xt.

My wife bought me this as a graduation present and I have been running an oculus rift s on it playing Half Life: Alyx and I have to say it is a really good PC so far. I am upgrading the memory and the RAM but that is really all I need to do.

It is the best i love it faster then my last pc was kind upset about no hdd in it but i bought a external hdd for it overall i recamend best buy to anybody and if i could i would love to be sponsord by them

Good for the price considering the gpu shortage.Boots fine works as expected.Had a loose squareish metal plate about 4" x 3" bouncing around inside.Not sure what it's for but I don't think it was supposed to be loose.Any advice on this would be great,not an m.2 shield

DOA. And mine didn’t have the power switch either. And don’t bother listening to the reviews belittling people for not checking components because geek squad tried getting it running too and couldn’t. Seems it’s a hit or miss with this one, just more misses

Ruined my sons Christmas we bought it and mother board was blown also it was my sons Christmas gift but Best Buy gave us a free mouse pad for our trouble a very sad day for us as a customer

Despite the negative reviews, the pc runs great! Games are at high to max specs while streaming.

Great price. My son absolutely loves his computer with the lights in the tower and board and the mouse makes gaming that much more fun

Was DAO like it was for a bunch of other reviewers. Learned the hard way to always read reviews before buying with this one. Do a little research before letting an employee just pick something out for you.

took them 4 tries to get it right the 3 before all had dead graphics and would display anything geek squad finally got 1 to turn on. kind of embarrassing for your company. not satisficed would not recommend.

Defective. Then I got another one thinking I got a rare dud. The next one was a dud too. Just returned and got another brand don't bother

I’m sure it is a decent enough PC if it works, but was DOA both times I got it. would recommend looking at something else for a pre-built.

Bought one. Dead on arrival. Bought another. Dead on arrival. Not sure what the issue is but I still have no computer. Best Buy staff was super friendly though.

Took me 3 computers to get one that works. Had to drive an hour to return them and wait weeks for the next one. Not happy with service

It’s pretty sad that they do not check their product before shipping it. There was no I/O switch to even see if it worked. Poor quality control from msi

Don’t buy MSI products.I bought it and they send it damaged.I send it to fix with geek squad and took 2 months to give my computer back

Not sure how you are suppose to turn something on that doesnt have a power on and off switch like all power supplies are suppose to have.
