If I could leave zero stars I would. I got this for my husband from Besy Buy, who works his butt off and never gets anything for himself. He was so excited. Got it home, opened it up, and no power cord. Tried to use one from our previous PC and it won't turn on. Expensive piece of garbage and now I have a husband who's upset and saying that's "what he gets for being excited about something" After reading the reviews (which I guess I should have done before buying) I'm baffled why Best Buy still sells this. Doesn't reflect well on them.

This PC is a beast. Right out of the package it runs smoothly, quietly, and fast. I didn't use the included keyboard or mouse but they both seem like solid options. The time it takes to go over each step before rushing in and launching it makes the payoff that much better. Do yourself a favor and make sure everything is connected and placed right before you jump headfirst in. Otherwise this PC is a great deal and a beautiful machine.

I got this computer as a Christmas gift from my wife, and since then I returned it and got two more. The first one (the gift) was DOA, the second one powered up twice and worked long enough for me to enter all my personal information and set up all my programs, the third one was DOA also. I returned it to the store and told them I do not want another replacement. Needless to say I am frustrated with the whole experience and would not recommend this product to a single person. Chinese Junk, and not the boat.

massive piece of junk bought about 3 days ago had hell trying to get a ps4 controller to connect wirelessly the bought xbox series x controller and it would connect then disconnect, it crashed about 3 times already playing assassins creed Valhalla and now its starting to glitch and freeze while playing. This was my first pc since all the ridiculous price gauging with the new ps5 and xbox i decided to jump to pc, i was really disappointed. For the money I'm just gonna wait to get the ps5 for normal price.

What a waste of time and money! Bought this as a Christmas gift for my son to replace his aging gaming computer and it wouldn’t work at all. A whiff of smoldering makes me wonder if the motherboard fried when AC power was supplied. AVOID THIS COMPUTER AT ALL COST!!

ive never seen a child more upset on Christmas morning when his favorite present he's been waiting so long for doesn't even turn on. why doesnt it turn on? THERES NO POWER SWITCH ON THE PSU! Merry Christmas you filthy animals!

Like everyone else, it arrived DOA. Ordered another and i'm hoping this one at least comes working.

I gave this computer the benefit of the doubt, even though the majority of the reviews were negative. In return, I received a defective product; there wasn’t a power switch on the back to turn the pc on. Very disappointed that I drove an hour out for this product, and have to return it. Make sure to check your pc before leaving the store.

Best Buy made this PC porposely for money. The PC is just like all the other POOR/LOW quality PC's from Amazon sellers. They just put the PC in a nice case with TRASH specs. I know a lot about PC's and this one doesn't cut it.

People can hate all they want but a pre build at a 80 bronze rating for $1200 it’s pretty nice. No complaints here!!

Bought this for my son and myself to use as a mid range PC. Mostly play on 1080p and it does a great job. Does as expected with new games like Cyberpunk 2077. Can't complain.
