    A quality built gaming laptop at a reasonable price. Wait for a sale and get a great price. But lack of ssd expansion knocks off a star.

    I hate this laptop. It has had nothing but issues since day one. And when I first contacted MSI support about them, I was constantly told that it was a minor issue that an update would fix or even that what I was experiencing was NORMAL for the laptop. But now that I am OUTSIDE OF WARRANTY suddenly these are all issues that need repaired and I should send my laptop in to spend hundreds of dollars to fix them. Issues like the charger not fitting snuggly inside the laptop, the left click not always working properly, the laptop not shutting down properly when the lid is closed, the system struggling to run games it should absolutely be able to run, the built in speakers barely being audible, and more. I have used HP laptops, Dell Laptops, Apple Macbooks, Asus Laptops, and even a cheap little Acer one. They have all had their issues. I have NEVER been so disgusted by a product or brand as I have been with MSI. I will absolutely never use any of their products again and will warn anyone who will listen not to waste their money on an MSI piece of junk!

    While the laptop is nice I have had issues with games completely crashing and I can not play anything on ultra settings. So upsetting as my old msi that died, I could play everything on ultra. And to now have this laptop barely make it for gaming is depressing. Will probably sell this since return time frame is past and find another laptop that can handle newer games like baldur gate 3 etc
