Works perfectly ive had no problems with it at all

Have not had a problem with it yet it was fast easy to set up

Device works well, only issue is that the speakers are a bit low in volume

Unfortunately this items does not support a thunderbolt using the USB-C

Good power but thicker and heavier than anticipated

I was very excited to finally get a computer that I could use to do College homework and Game on. Unfortunately, after a few months, the Computer has begun to have issues. The first of which is that it would restart out of nowhere. It also closes apps out for no reason, such as discord. The biggest problem is that the screen is starting to discolor. It's especially noticeable on dark areas. There will just be a lighter area where it should be black. Other than that, it's a fine laptop. I don't know if it's my laptop with this problem, or if it's a common problem, but I just can't recommend it.

Decent laptop but deceiving marketing. 6500m is half as powerful as the previous 5500m due to having only half the PCIe lanes… and considerably slower than the 3050 for similar price. Do yourself a favor and get a 3050.

Laptop was shipped and received in a timely manner. The actual performance is mixed, with productivity being very good and the WiFi for gaming is lagging. I believe it’s still good value for the discounted price.

Just bought 2 weeks, broke on clashing a game into a blue screen. Best Buy told me to visit a store near by. I thought there would be better options like warranty check etc. I didn’t realize return date is that short. About two weeks returning expires even you just bought it.

This hunk of junk would get zero stars if that was an option. I was never able to get past the setup on this garbage. It kept freezing every time I used the touch pad. I contacted customer service and their site froze when I attempted to send them a picture (Metronet with 1 GB speeds, so it wasn't my network). Get an abacus instead, it would work better.

Not really a gaming computer for newer titles. I upgraded to a asus rog. Much better.

First big purchase and I wouldn’t want anything else. The deal I got on it was great, especially for what this thing is truly worth. Graphics are great, it runs amazingly. Great for gaming, great for much more. Definitely a great laptop.

Great laptop, I did upgrade the ram to 32 but 16 was more than capable for most games. Highly recommend it for a beginner gaming laptop.

I was looking for a pc that would help me in college and also play games occasionally with my friends, and I found it, with a price adapted for an average college student, it's a good buy

There is not a better deal on new laptops anywhere. Ryzen has made decent computers and laptops so much more affordable, and this thing takes it even a step further.

Plays what i need. Leauge of legends, overwatch and Apex runs perfectly at top resolution wkth zero problems. No overheating. I would recommend to anyone

The fan is very loud when the computer is on. The battery life doest last very long. The speed and picture could be better.
