V confusing to set up. The mouse moves the pointer, but a tap or enter key will not choose an option. I thought it was broken cuz mouse click didn’t select anything. U have to hit tab to try multiple selections in the same choice, which makes no sense. The fan gets very loud when pausing Sims 4 but not while playing which seems weird. I rly wish Gumdrop cases were made 4 MSI. If anyone knows which brand works for this pls lmk.

This laptop has been a great investment at great sales price pf 699.99. I bougjht this laptop for school with a secondary aspect being that it is good for gaming as well. If you want an all around great laptop with great specs at a great price, then this is the one for you!

Top tier laptop for all things from gaming to just everyday work. Highly recommend it to the casual gamer. I was able to play rainbow six siege for hours with high quality video

The Laptop was pretty good for the price, it doesn’t feel cheap like other brands at that price, despite it only has 4Gb on Vram still rocks! Pretty decent, I played Warzone 2.0, Genshin, and other demanding games it everything went smooth, I highly recommend it. Also battery last forever!

Needed a laptop to plop at a new site I'm working at. Wanted something unpretentious and affordable to play the games I play (Rocket League, Valorant, League of Legends), and it does very well, stable 144hz on medium settings! Temps run average to your standard laptop (a bit higher because AMD) For under $1000, it's a super solid side-squeeze laptop. I can see the low storage space being an issue if I end up using it more, but I think it's easily expandable.

Great laptop. I play league of legends and seeing lol esports having MSI as there sponor. I had to buy there product for myself. Great product, runs awesome, does everything it says and more! Great purchase. Will definitely be buying there new products when i need a new gaming laptop!

It’s doesn’t hold a charge for long but it does run really smoothly. I love it.

Fast and now with Starlink it's lightning fast. Hasn't failed me once. The red lighted keyboard is wonderful & easy to work on. I highly recommend this laptop if you're a gamer or for everyday use.

The laptop looks nice and seems like a good budget gaming computer. It runs games well, none of the games I have played have had issues. It does seem to not handle multi-tasking well, but giving it one thing at a time it does great.

Runs well but fans get loud. Battery get wiped after playing games

The laptop came in a pretty nice box. Out of the box it just what I expected. The laptop has this premium finish not as plastic as other products I’ve used. Performance was perfect for what I need to run CoD and league. I mainly use this laptop as my day to day. Watch some YouTube videos and social media. But I can also use this for some school work as well. The pricing to performance is pretty much on par. I love that it able to handle everything I’m throwing at it while it not as loud as a jet engine in some other laptops I tried over the years.

Great for gaming, the only thing I would say is when you plug it in to charge or unplug it the screen turns black for a second and it kind of slows things down for a second but besides that it runs great

I love this notebook. I run vector graphics and paint programs with ease. I also run strategic wargames and emergency games (20 games loaded) with ease. The lighted keyboard with numeric keypad is handy.

This is the best gaming laptop for a normal guy who play sometimes when the work its done. Can carry all the games With no problem. I have for the last 5 months and still very quick

It works really well for general use, social media managing, ecommerce, large media files, etc. I've played a few games on it so far and they run fine, I have not tested it with high demanding games. I will be using this laptop in attempt to stream some dancing games, so we will see how it holds up to multiple plugins soon. My ONE HUGE GRIPE that bugs me considering the price point is the GOD AWFUL audio. It's so bad. It's super quiet, with volume at 100% it's still hard to hear and sounds scratchy with the depth whatsoever. Reminds me of the early 2000s and cheap media players. You get what you pay for, if it is on sale.

I have been using this Glaptop for awhile and preforms very nicely, great for both work and gaming . I can now run RD2 smoothly +be able to render Models nicely!

A lot of youtube reviews of this laptop are mixed, mostly because they don't like the pci speed for the GPU. The point is you can get this on sale for $600, it can play every game out there at 1080p, and as a bonus comes with a 144hz screen. This is a win in my book. I do light gaming and some autodesk civil 3d, no issues for me. My only true negative is that I cant charge with the USB and I'm tied to the proprietary charger.

Picked this computer up during the Black Friday in July sale and so far so good , Boots up quickly and runs quiet . Keyboard is responsive , I did upgrade the ram to 32 gb and it was very easy to upgrade the ram . I mostly use this laptop for live-streaming and have not gamed on it at all

Had this computer for a year. I don't heavily use it either. I just purchased it for school and some light pc gaming. For my use it's perfect. My children even use it for Roblox. Simple games. Now I tried to play some PC game that requires a bigger hard drive and should have known. But for the price, it does what it needs to do. If you're a serious gamer get you something with a stronger graphics card and bigger hard drive.
