It’s an amazing starting pc. It runs very well and it’s very reliable. The color change is quite simple and the keyboard and mouse that come with it are nice quality.

This PC packs a punch with performance You can easily run high graphic games with ease and grace. Simple multi-tasking with multiple applications is not a problem. The fans keep the pc pretty cool and are actually extremely quiet. the case design is pretty nice , the design is modern and not too over the top. solid 9/10 so far

This computer is a beast for everything! Especially for gaming beautiful case, lighting! Everthing was packaged so carefully and worked right out of the box! I was gaming in 30 mins from box to game.i cant say enough about the grapics card everything is amazing. The coustmer service was so helpfull! Worth every penny! Im never shopping anywhere else again for electronics! A win!

Super fast and reliable for gaming from retro enthusiasts to newer games such as Fortnite cod etc.

From csgo to battlefield, and even the newest war zone updates, this PC runs everything well. Plenty of room to work with in the case as well if you’re looking to upgrade.

The computer I received from Best Buy is completely wrong. I ordered the version with the i7 processor and received a model with the i5; however, NOT even the model of i5 listed on the site, but a 12th generation i5 12400F - far inferior to either of the actual choices for sale. Best Buy customer support's answer to this problem: Sorry, you'll have to deal with the manufacturer on this issue. You were 3 days out of the return policy and we won't help. Really? A customer for 30+ years and you won't help on a return where YOU sold me the wrong product? My advice, stay away from the MSI products and definitely stay away from Best Buy! And for those of you that bought these, I'd run a check and make sure you got the correct processor in your machine.
