The 15.6In version of the Cyborg is a much better value but if you want small & compact then this is your ticket. Both the RAM & M.2 SSD can be upgraded. The best time to buy this laptop is on sale.

Everything seemed fine until the battery got low, and I plugged it in to charge—then the black screens started showing up. I will not spend $800 on a machine that breaks within a day. This is completely unacceptable.

Great beginner laptop

They only play Minecraft so the FHD display is perfect. 144hz is good enough too. You don’t really need much higher imo. The laptop itself is light enough for them to carry around so they can play in a different room during family gatherings. The design looks cool enough that keeps the kids from wanting to smudge it.

The game setting were turned way down so it wasn't a spec issue. So I had some sort of defect. Another thing to keep in mind is that the screen has a limited range of opening angles; it does not flip back very far. Otherwise, it would have been great for my needs.
