    It Freezes Constantly

I bought this computer back in May and I have been struggling with it freezing so much that I am tempted to either begin replacing parts or by an entirely new computer. I'm not sure what part is causing it to freeze up, but about every hour or so the computer will freeze entirely for roughly five seconds. My screen will freeze as well as the lights on my keyboard and on the PC itself. The computer runs phenomenally, but this freeze is almost unbearable. It isn't bad if it happens to freeze when I'm simply browsing the internet or watching a video or movie, however, it gets to be frustrating when I'm playing a game and the PC does its hourly freeze. I often find myself droning forwards in game because I have no control over my movement and I can't see or hear what is happening in the game because the PC and sound are frozen in place for a few seconds. This gets especially obnoxious when I end up dying because the PC freezes, which is out of my control. It gets to be even worse when I'm in a competitive game mode and the freeze causes me to lose the entire match. After it freezes, my ping in game will also nearly triple and the sound and visuals within the game are choppy until I close and reopen the game. I'm not sure if it's just a shotty part causing this issue or if it's something that replacing a part won't fix. I don't think I just got unlucky got a dysfunctional part, because my brother also bought this exact computer the same day I did and he is having the same issue as well. The only reason I'm even going so far as to give this computer a 1 star rating is because it runs phenomenally besides the freezing, but I can't bring myself to give it a higher rating because of how unbearable this freeze is. I didn't spend nearly 2500 dollars for a computer that can't even run how it's supposed to, and I should've returned this the day I noticed it. However, it is far too late for that now. The last hope I have is that it is just a part that I can replace, which would save me a lot more money than having to buy an entirely new computer just to get rid of this annoying freeze. If anyone can help me with this issue or is having similar issues with this computer, then I would appreciate the help. I have tried looking into it and I couldn't find anything. I would recommend that you don't buy this computer unless you can tolerate your PC freezing up for a few seconds every hour.

    Impressive Gaming Desktop

This gaming desktop is impressive and build quality is excellent. I bought mine from newegg and the difference is listed below in my specs. My Specs: * i7-9700k (liquid cooled) * MSI RTX 2080Ti Ventus (Best Buy model comes with RTX 2080 Ventus) * 16gb RAM single channel (out of the box) replaced it with 4X8gb Corsair Vengeance Pro running at 3200 MHz * 256gb SSD (Boot) + 2 TB (Storage) (Best Buy comes with 512gb SSD instead of 256gb SSD) Strengths + RTX 2080 Ti is a beast + Design is ok and nothing unique. However this comes with tempered glass side panel which you can attach to desktop if you don't like the standard side panel. Having glass panel installed will give you a cool view of the internals. Installation is as simple as it gets. + With three different cooling (silent storm cooling) compartments, this desktop is quiet. + Like the liquid cooling setup for CPU. My CPU can go up to 5.2 GHz stable. Would have been happy if I could overclock more. But no complains either + It has an easy handle on the back which is helpful for me to carry it to living room once in a while to connect with my OLED for movie watching. Weaknesses - Its heavy - It comes with 16gb single channel RAM. I am surprised that MSI would even consider putting single channel RAM on a gaming desktop and call it as such. - I am new to MSI and do not know what to expect for support and warranty. DELL has the best warranty and customer support in the industry. But that is not something I am worried about given the specs and how great this gaming desktop is. My final thoughts - I cross shopped this desktop with MSI Trident X Plus and Corsair One i160. Corsair i160 was expensive at 3500 dollars.
