Left Lenovo and joined the MSI clan! Hello, Its been a couple of days since the purchase of this laptop and I've been awed by it! I initially had ordered a Lenevo Y50-70 UHD 4k from MS Store. Unfortunately, it had issues related to the screws falling and a poor display(yellow display issue). Also, the built quality of that laptop was not good. The plastic parts were of a poor quality. The designs were sticking out with sharp edges all around. I returned it and bought this! Awesome display(very low glare) and it has a good viewing angle. Despite of its high specs, the fan doesn't make a lot of noise. The keyboard is made to perfection with a good tactile feedback. Typing on this is a charm! The Steelseries engine is surely impressing others! I haven't been able to play much with it though. The settings and all may need some time to get used to. The mouse is satisfactory. I have not been able to get a hang of it. The scrolling and all would need some time to get adjusted. I've tested a few Virtual Machines(used VMWare Workstation 12) on this and the response given to me is commendable! The games I've tried so far are GTA-V and COD-Black Ops and it handled it with perfection! I played them with medium to high settings. I am still trying the best way to calibrate the settings. The upgrade to Windows 10 went smoothly. I would have been happier if this came with 16GB RAM(this one has 16 GB but mine came with 12GB) cause it just has two slots in it. As of now, one slot is with 4GB RAM. Moreover, if Windows 10 Pro would have been included with this then it could have been targeted to some work-o-holics as well! Anyways, I am still very happy with its configuration and performance! MSI has surely tried and tested this one! The best has been delivered! Go for it, you won't be disappointed! :)
