The Product itself is great, at first. Amazing for the deal (When On sale) but 7 months later from purchase date on December of 2021, which is now. Things have started to deteriorate rapidly upon the computer glitching out ONCE leading to a required Hard reset. Frame Rate drop is rapid, the PC itself turns on for a few seconds then turns off immediately, the fans or SOMETHING is making a noise, I have to constantly hard reset it. Something within it damaged itself and on top of that suddenly the CPU is giving an overheating warning. I spent 1.8k on this rig for the purpose of streaming, I was happy and ready to lead a 5 star review until now. I'm unsure of how I can even fix this or what Bestbuy/MSI can even do for me.

Desktop came in on time and was packaged neatly. Everything looks in place. Started up perfect and is quiet. Enough space to upgrade in the future. Only thing is that one of the fans wasn’t working right out of the box. It attempts to spin but stops. Probably will have to return or exchange it.

After 9 months the heatsync broke, frying the motherboard... Not sure if it's a terrible computer or if I just got unlucky.... But I think my experience should be noted.

If your debating on buying this beast, BUY IT! It wont let you down. I havent had any issues. It plays every game perfectly w/ no issues. I bought it back in December 2021 when it was on sale. Best purchase I’ve made,

It honestly worked great, however I got this product with a faulty M.2 drive so I had to replace it and it seemed to do pretty good from there. So I would recommend getting your own M.2 this computer. Really cool rig otherwise

My son is head over heels for his new computer! He just got it today so not sure if there will be problems down the road but today it is the best computer ever!

This thing is a BEAST and it is Beautiful too. It's bigger than I thought it would be, but not too big for my desk. Perfect for gaming!

Wow, had no idea about the "cool" factor of this computer. I needed a fast computer for doing photo edited and this met the specs. When it arrived, it took two of us to move it upstairs. It is a beast! It even breaths "fire." The gaming factor wasn't what I was expecting but WOW. You can change the colors, how it breaths, etc. And it is fast, quiet and so cool! Especially for a 69 year old girl type.

Really awesome PC, cant beat the price for what it offers especially with the way market on PCs and their components right now.

It's not what I expected to be but works as designed.

its not /bad/ its just not great. I'm upgrading things in it because it gives a good base to build on. Within 5 months the HDD started chattering and I've not got anything on it.. everything is on the SSD. :( oh well. more SSD is never bad :)

Looks GREAT! Runs Great been two days now. Plenty of room for upgrades!

doesn't overheat and isn't very loud, switched from a razer laptop to this for gaming.

Solid Computer with great performance and speed. Love the graphics card and liquid cooling.

Works great! Only problem was that the fan was making noise. Had it checked & there was a little piece of twist tie stuck in it.

This is a really good gaming desktop for mutiple games and for streaming. I love mine

Certainly has overheating issues in standard configuration, no over-clocking. Not even a year old and now doesn’t boot. NVMe drive inaccessible and SATA drives not even recognized in BIOS. Seems like the motherboard is fried.

This was a beautiful gaming computer, but the liquid cooling system failed and computer over heated and shut down. Now replacement computer is not available and forced to get store credit. Wish MSI had better quality control.

The best gaming pc I have ever bought. Highly recommend it.....
