I am 4 months into owning this. Worked absolutely great until 2 weeks ago. Crazy laggy now, havent changed or downloaded anything crazy. When its cold the top of it makes a funny noise, like clicking or something from the fan or radiator. Hope it gets resolved soon. Looks awesome and works great when working right.

SELLING A BAD COMPUTER AND THERE IS NO ACTUAL SPECS ON IT NO MOYTHERBOARD SPEC, IT DID NOT COME WITH ANY INSTRUCTIONS NOTHING NO PAPER WORK NO NOHTING

Everything came quickly and safely packaged. Computer set up was very easy. Make sure to double check all cord plug in spots. MSI offers great help if you have any questions. I’m planning on buying a second one within another week.

Fans & cooling system went out after 2 years from purchase date. Not able to find replacement fans that are the 200mm size. Very disappointed after spending $2200 on this poor quality gaming system.

If you don’t want to build your own this is a great option. The only issue I’m having is getting the system to update the BIOS(its not something you need to do unless you want windows 11). I’m gonna have to contact MSI for that issue. But other than that everything runs great.

The geek Squad will set up this equipment next Friday so all I can say is that I bought the best equipment they had to meet my expectations If I can do the review a few says after it is set up and I can rate it based on actual usage it will be more meaningful.

Love this gaming desktop! High-quality components, outstanding performance, and looks great! Also, room to expand with additional 3.5" and 2.5" drives for extra storage.

When I first bought this it worked just fine except for a rattling noise that came from the CPU Fan. After about 6 months the CPU started to have heating issues with the CPU temp getting up to 90 degrees Celsius. After doing some research on why this is happening it turns out there is a recall on the CPU fans that come with this tower. Least to say, I plan on returning this product (lucky I got the Warenty).

Beautiful piece of machinery! Everything came built perfectly. No issues. This thing runs all my games like a breeze on ultra settings.

Got this PC and as soon as I turned it on, it made a loud annoying sound. The sound was annoying, you could not have the satisfaction of playing a game with the sound in the background. It was like rattling sound and it was really loud. Pretty sure it was the liquid cooler. Had to go to Geek Squad and buy a $300 liquid cooler to replace it. Complete waste of money.

Waiting over a month since early December for a computer install and data transfer. You should not use Best But or Geeks at this time they are woefully understaffed and the front line personnel are marginally capable of matching specs to your needs. A professional data company and ordering your PC online directly is currently your best bet. NOT a. Best Buy Geek.
