Customers commend the MSI Infinite RS Gaming Desktop for its excellent performance in gaming, effective cooling system, and attractive case design with customizable RGB lighting. However, some users reported issues with CPU temperatures and the weight of the system, while others experienced problems with the liquid cooling system's reliability and noise levels. Despite these concerns, many found the overall value and upgradability of the system to be strong selling points.

always blue screen errors for no reason, after blue scrren the system will try to reboot, but it will die off, then if you try to start it again it will just die in the middle of the time, you have to wait for awhile then restart the pc then it will finally start success.

As far as pre-built PCs go, this is a solid attempt, but a few things hold this back, especially at this price point.
PROS:
+ Off the shelf components that can be easily swapped out
+ Solid build quality with no issues out of box
+ Looks cool
CONS:
- Absolutely terrible airflow in this case. Like almost the worst I have ever seen. The front fans are basically there for appearances, not function. Thermals are pretty bad as a result of this - though the system is still useable with these components.
- The value isn't quite here, if you price the components out individually, you could actually build this for less than what it costs here and swap out a few of the questionable components while you're at it.
- The 3TB 5400rpm HDD is an odd inclusion for this version of the build... Seems like added fluff that no one asked for.
All in all, if you need a pre-built, you could definitely do worse than this, but for the money you aren't really getting the best of anything. Also, be sure to update the BIOS and check RAM settings when initially setting it up, there's a good chance XMP is disabled.

An Oasis in a barren PC part desert

It is still hard to find parts to build your own PC and this prebuilt desktop has everything you need ready to go. Buying the graphics card alone right now costs almost as much as what this desktop is being sold for, plus you get everything else.
The case is pretty looking with double glass windows on each end that swing open like doors so there is easy access to the inside and you can help air it out more that way. The RGB is a nice touch and everything feels like quality.

As someone who bought the case this is in, fair warning that this case is a heat trap!

Liquid Cooler was bad and couldn't keep cpu cool

CPU cooler was absolutely terrible, couldn't even have discord, chrome, etc. open without the processor being above 90C, waiting for a new cooler to arrive to replace it. I even went as far as putting new thermal paste and undervolting and it never changed anything.
