Review: I recently upgraded to the MSI MAG B850 TOMAHAWK MAX WIFI for my AMD Ryzen build, and I couldn’t be happier with the performance and features this motherboard offers. DDR5 Support: Ready for the latest memory technologies, I was able to install high-speed DDR5 RAM, which is fantastic for future-proofing my system. Plenty of I/O Ports: This motherboard has ample ports for everything I need—USB, audio, Ethernet, and more. It makes cable management a breeze. Great BIOS/UEFI: MSI’s BIOS is very user-friendly. I recently built my new rig with the MAG B850 TOMAHAWK MAX WIFI, and I couldn’t be happier! Right out of the box, the build quality felt premium, and installation was super smooth. The BIOS is easy to use, making tweaking settings a breeze, even for overclocking. Paired with a 14th-gen Intel processor and DDR5 RAM, this motherboard delivers insanely fast performance. Boot times are quick, gaming is buttery smooth, and multitasking is effortless. The VRMs stay cool even under load, which gives me confidence in its long-term reliability. Its a fantastic choice. I prefer the MSI BIOS so much more than other brands, it is very straightforward and easy to use.

Super easy to setup, and came with all the parts needed. I've always had great luck with MSI motherboards. Definitely would recommend!

Works great with no issues. Sound coming through headset is a little different from old motherboard but it’s fine.

A BUTTON R U KIDDING ME never had an easier setup or time putting parts together, nvme doesnt need screws to go in, pcie doesnt either, literally press the buttons and slide the button (nvme) and itll lock in place and stay with no extra time or effort.

Solid board, great features and does everything one needs. Only down side is no digital audio out, but with such a solid DAD controller, no need for one, just use the audio out. Installed a new AMD R7 9800 X3D and did not have to do any bios flash, worked out of the box.

This motherboard works as expected. It’s a beast for the price.

The B850 is quite similar to the B650, but it still comes with several enhancements over the previous generation. It boasts a more polished and visually appealing design, along with a completely overhauled BIOS. The most significant upgrade is the noticeably smoother boot process. This board works very well so far.

I got this motherboard since i have good experiences with msi brand. And this didnt dissapoint the bios was fairly easy to navigate and it doesnt bottleneck my 9800X3D and my 9070XT. It did have its own RGB software that i didnt notice but after i figured that part out it works like a dream

Solid motherboard, simple installation and extremely easy bios updates. tomahawk series have always been rock solid.

Built my first ever PC with this motherboard and everything worked out on the first try thanks to how easy it is to work on. The M-flash feature makes flashing your Bios super easy. I was scared to do it at first but it was smooth sailing and took like 10 minutes. I'll only buy MSI motherboards from now on.

Great Motherboard works exactly as described. I was especially impressed by the built in heat shield for the NVME on board hard drive. This runs my 5090 perfectly.

Been using asus when building pc's for clients, so far this has been a easier/better setup them most for amd recently. I would recommend this any day.
