I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this model of 2070 super. The graphics card got rather hot. Fairly weak cooler. I don’t have a 2070 super suggestion but I would probably not buy this one again if I were to do it over.

After getting a garbled display one day after turning my built PC on, I assumed I just needed a beefier power supply (650w should have been enough but went to 850w). 1 month and almost an entirely new PC later, I determined this thing just gave up. During the 2 months it worked, it did perform nicely.

This card produces beautiful and smooth results. However, it seems to have trouble cooling down. If I play a game such as Monster Hunter World, the card eventually overheats and shuts down, even when I have 3x intake fans on the case.

This card is probably one of the worst cards I've ever bought. It started artifacting just over a month after purchasing.

Idk of this card or the customer service at Best Buy was worse! This is the 3rd one I have exchanged and it’s still not working right. Fan RPMs are all over the place, one fan runs at 23% while the other is at 70% which is causing my PC to overheat. I’m done with Best Buy and probably going back to FE cards.

Ordered this for in-store pickup. Product was repackaged and clearly been opened previously. Wasted a trip down to the store for nothing. It should have been labeled open-box but the local store shrink wrapped it and tried to pass it off as new.

This Gpu can run 100 plus at high settings with no problems. But is runs very hot and the coil sound is so annoying. It seems like from all the MSI gpu I have tried they all run hot. This gpu is not worth the 500 dollars. Poor quality.

Originally bought a 5700xt and thought it was performing well (when it worked). Returned it due to issues with freezing and black screens and bought this. Couldn’t be happier. Everything simple and straight forward to install. Temps never went above 70 while gaming. Has some mild fan noise but really isn’t bad while gaming with speakers on low volume. Gameplay so much smoother than the 5700xt even when it was working. Only tested it for a few hours so far but running perfect.

Great product for price. Had it for about 4 years and it still run most triple A games on max settings at 1080p. Probably not the case for 4K displays, but if you play on 1080 this is the definitive video card.

    Not worth the investment

I would say get the EVGA version instead. For a tiny bit more investment, you are getting a higher quality construction and performance. This MSI version has a flimsy, plastic, a backplate on it, and the temperatures I had were 85deg in high demanding games, and rested at 55deg. Yes, there may be some solutions online such as undervolting and changing fan control (the fans went up to 2700rpm in-game).
