You may come along a sale on this online from time to time that may save you $30 every once in a while, but this is typically the best deal for this card. I have It coupled with a GTX 1080ti and the two combined smoke through any GPU related computation tasks in my render engine and it slays through the most modern games at full specs just wonderfully. Don’t hesitate if you’re considering. It’s a way better value than a 1070, 1080 and even a 2080 as far as specs to cost ratio. Best deal out there is the RTX 2070 Super.

The installation of this card was so painless that even as a first time builder I encountered no issues. I'm using it with a 1440p monitor and it has been nothing short of excellent. So far I think it's been a great value for the money.

i purchased a xfx 5700 xt a few weeks ago. Within a few minutes all sortS of problems started. Modern Warfare crashed instantly and was unplayable. The division 2 crashed constantly and when it was working I would get 160fps one minute and 40fps the next. Fast forward to the RTX 2070. Not one single issue since install. 30 degrees at idle and it never gets over 60 Degrees in any game. Half as loud as the 5700xt and 80-90 FPS at 2k on a 32” monitor at ultra settings on MW with ray tracing on. 100-120 on the division 2 with every setting maxed. Ryzen 5 3600 @4.2 TT 280 mm riing AIO. 32 gigs Gskill @3.0 1tb WD HDD MSI RTX 2070 super AOC 32”2k / 27” AOC 1080 I would not recommend ANY 5700 because of the driver issues But I definitely recommend the Ryzen processors. XFX RX480 before this with no issues ever. I consider myself an expert at building pc’s and I have been gaming for 22 years.

Upgrading from a GTX 1060 to this and can see a significant improvement in FPS. Runs a bit hot, but once I switched to a PC case with fans in the front it doesn't go over 77 Celsius at 1440p.

Really great card and it does its job perfectly for 1440p gaming, although it can get a bit hot and loud at times it’s really nothing to worry about if you use headphones, honestly even with speakers the noise might cancel out the fans so it’s not much of a problem I guess.

Great card for the price, comparable to the gtx 1080ti yet you get DLSS and RTX cores out of the box. Might not be a big deal at the moment but will be once more games start to support Ray tracing.

Great card. Worked right out of the box, easy install. Make sure you have the Juice to run it. Needs at least 650W; if you OC or just want a little wiggle room, you'll need more. Looks great and runs great. It's nvidia. Also too $$$ but that's nvidia also.

For what i paid i guess i can't complain. This card came out to $460 for me with tax... it gets hot and loud i had to mod the front of my case to allow more airflow in order to keep temps reasonable now it runs pretty good gives me great performance.

I finally decided to upgrade my PC, and settled on this GPU at first. When I tested it in two different machines, it got to the max temp (83C) and started to throttle down at full loads. At full loads, the card sounds like a jet engine taking off. After researching more on this card and other offerings, I decided to give the EVGA 2070 Super XC Ultra a shot. The difference in temperature and noise is night and day. The EVGA card has a fan stop at low enough temps, and even at full load, the fans didn't go above 60% and the temps never climbed above 62C (whereas the MSI was throttling at 83C). My advice? Skip this card and go for the EVGA. It was about $50 more, but well worth it in my opinion.

Runs well , no problems. 150 to 180 fps according to my son. No problems with 5 months of ownership. It is rated higher than the guts 1080 ti on passmark. Happy with purchase.

Budget card runs as you’d expect, quality is a bit lacking but it is what it is. Temps are decent and boost clocks are around 2ghz. Does not allow for any voltage or power control so don’t expect to squeeze anything more out of it.

I originally ordered a 5700XT and had some problems, so I returned it and bought this 2070 Super. In the past I have had good luck with AMD video cards, but the 5700XT was a lemon. I'm not sure if it was a software or a hardware problem but my computer would lock up and green screen, and my favorite game did not look sharp or run smoothly. This 2070 Super produces nice images and does not lock up. So I'm happy. And the 5700XT put off a lot of heat, this card seems to produce less heat, but that might be my imagination. I gave it 5 stars for solid performance and a 3 year warranty.

I hesitated on this or the 2080 super, but I'm glad I made this choice. I still get to run games on ultra and get ray tracing but without busting my wallet.

If you can't afford the 2080 super, Buy this 2070 super over the normal 2080. Performance is close to the 2080 while saving a couple hundred bucks.
