Customers are saying

Customers admire the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti 12GB VENTUS 3X OC's exceptional performance in games, high frame rates at 1440p resolution, and effective cooling system that keeps temperatures low and noise minimal. However, some customers find the price to be high and the card's size may pose compatibility issues for some computer cases. While many appreciate the quiet operation and advanced features like DLSS 3, a few users reported experiencing coil whine. The lack of RGB lighting is also noted by some, though others find this to be a positive.

Amazing card! Not the cheapest and certainly not the most expensive card. It’s a huge upgrade from my 1070 SSC. I am very happy with my purchase. She’s going to last me a long long long time. I hope :)

Great card, does everything I need it to. No coil whine, no cooling/performance issues. I use a 120hz 4k TV, most games will run 4k 60-100fps with no problems. At 1440p it can keep up with all but the most graphically intense at 120fps ultra settings. Games like Cyberpunk you will need to use DLSS, but so does basically everything but the 4090. I gave it 4 stars just because of the price. I bought it shortly after launch and though its a good card, it should have been $50-100 cheaper (or at least my wallet wishes it was). Now that the benchmarks for the 4070ti super are out, only showing a 5-8% performance boost over the 4070ti, I dont feel bad about my 4070ti. If you can get one for $750 or less, its not too bad of a deal. Once these hit $700, it will be a great buy.

    1440p gaming

Pros: Great higher-end card for 1440p gaming. Runs nearly all games at max settings at 100+ fps. RTX can make it chug a bit but that's due to poor rtx implementation on a game-per-game basis. Make sure to pair it with a good processor like Intel 13th gen. Haven't seen it exceed 70 C while playing intensive games like Cyberpunk, Hogwarts Legacy, Dead Space Remake, etc. Quiet while under load. Fans don't spin until higher temps, which helps with idle noise levels. Cons: Has a bit of coil whine when booting up games, but it goes away after you load in and start playing. Does sag quite a bit, and the support bracket it comes with is terrible. It takes up way too much space on the rear PCI slots. I got a separate magnetic support bracket which solved my issues with it. Depending on your desktop case, it may be a bit long and you may have to adjust some other wiring to fit it in. My case turned out to be fine, but just be sure to research dimensions prior to getting it. Overall, would still recommend this card!

This card does exactly what I wanted it to do. If you already have a 30 series card, you probably don’t need this. I was upgrading from a 20 series card and I am very happy with this card. There’s been a lot of discourse recently that a 30 series card is a better but, but I would disagree. The 4070ti has 12gb of vram which will be enough for most. It has DLSS 3 and it’s power consumption is less than the 30 series or AMD, meaning you can save money on a power supply and worry less about voltage spikes. If you have $800 to spend on a gpu, this is a good option.

On Day 3 of running this paired with my 3700x. It replaced my 2070 super founders edition. It runs very quiet and cool in my H510 NZXT case. I actually like it has no rgb, it runs well with my clean/nofrills look. Getting a solid 120fps on MW2 on ultra settings maxed out. Had to run it at 85% resolution, and low settings with the 2070 super. Overall if you sell your old gfx card, use a bb coupon code *ahem* honey addon, then this card is well worth the price + bb credit card promo rewards.

Definitely not worth the purchase price. It's loud at idle (but not much worse at load) and has a very poor support bracket that requires removing 5 PCI devices/ covers to install (what??) Very long, but also loud for the size considering the TDP of the chip. 12 GB of RAM in 2023 is...barely acceptable. DLSS3 makes everything feel laggy and heavy, adding input delay while adding artifacts to the games. Performance is good, but at this price everything is. Should have been $650.

I was excited to get this card being that the 3070ti I was looking at wasn't in stock and was nearly the same price. That being said this a fantastic card, it runs all my games at max settings at 1440 with no issues. Maintains temps around 61 C. and is very quiet. I'm not sure what all the hate is about I guess some people just want to be mad at something.

Bought for my SFF case that connects to my LG C2 in my bedroom. Runs MOST games at 4k high/med, mostly locked at 120fps. Runs cool, and at an above advertised 2850mhz while in fame. Can recommend! No coil whine.

Dont read too much into tech youtube channels saying this GPU isnt very good. Its been able to tackle every game ive thrown at thus far. Granted im primaryily using this for 1080p but thats really all I need for FPS games. Getting 100+ in MW2, as well as 120+ easy in other FPS games such as Destiny 2, Fortnite, and Halo Infinite. I recommend using the included support bar to prevent GPU sag but everything else about this card has been great so far, upgraded from a RTX 2080 OC.

I just grabbed this card a week ago and im looking at 80 to 90 fps in games like cyberpunk at 1440p. I dont have a 4k monitor yet, but at 1440p this card is a beast and is much better priced than old gen cards such as the 3080ti and the 3090. Only problem is the small vram size, but that really shouldnt matter unless you’re running max settings at 4k on heavy load games like horizon. Dont listen to the haters telling you to just spend 800 bucks on old gen cards instead. Youll have the new technology with dlss 3 and frame generation that could help with cpu bottlenecked games like flight simulator. This card was overall the best purchase, I’ve made when building my new PC.

Better performance than a 3080 Ti for a lot less money. In my case, I really can't complain, since I'm coming from a 2080 Ti. One thing I want to note is the low noise level. My 2080 Ti was almost silent when idle, but would become quite audible during gaming, although it was usually at a level that I could live with. This 4070 Ti model is almost silent all the time. After half an hour of heavy gaming I finally noticed some fan noise, but to be clear I honestly couldn't tell if it was the card or the power supply or other case fans. It's seriously that quiet.

This card is silent. I had to go into afterburner to kick the fans on to make sure they worked. Out of the box stock it’s running way higher clocks than advertised and it’s not a power hungry card. Overall it’s a good card. It’s in my youngest sons build. It will run 1440p ULTRA High FPS and do it under 60°. It does okay at 4K (my older sons build) but if your wanting a 4K card then you need to look at the 7900xtx or 4080/90 for the larger amount of VRAM.
