Love this monitor. The picture quality is awesome. The refresh rate is superb. I wear glasses and work requires long staring at the monitor. I like the reader / eye sight saver feature. It reduces blue light on the monitor. I am not a gamer but have used MSI hardware before. They did a good job with this monitor.

I got these on sale (bought 2). At the sale price, they were an excellent buy. I needed a service desk monitor with moderate gaming capabilities as most of the PC's I work on are gaming rigs. My wife needed a second monitor for her work from home setup. These were perfect for both of our needs.

I would rate this monitor five stars but because of a series of confusing issues I put it at 4 stars instead. Let me explain. My desktop PC has a DVI input connection (and 1 HDMI input connection). The MSI Optix monitor has a DisplayPort input connection (as well as 2 HDMI input connections). I love the fact that I can get a 144Hz refresh rate with the HDMI cable wire, but I want to take advantage of G-Sync. I can't seem to buy a monitor cable that is DVI to DisplayPort. I want to enable G-Sync but I can't without the correct monitor cable. Best Buy doesn't have the type of cable, another electronics store didn't supply the right type of cable. Can I buy this type of cable? I'm not sure.

Works Well, never disappoints. Night Mode looks great. Love the size and monitor tilt. Only thing I could complain about is the stand but that is an easy fix. Perfect, great response time and video. Amazing purchase.

This monitor is great quality for the price. Solid stand, games/videos look clear & crisp, and the 144hz is the cherry on top. Delivered in perfect condition as well.

I’ve had this monitor for about 2 years and it was definitely worth it! I play videos games all the time and the quality is fantastic. I’ve never had an issue with the monitor and is super easy to set up. 100% recommend

I freaking love this monitor. Im a truck driver and carry a xbox series s, on the road with me. This is just perfect for gaming and watching my favorite shows in my down time.

I'm new to the gaming and gaming computer world (and an old guy!). I was looking for a cheaper monitor as I don't see any need for something with the highest specs. Unfortunately, the local Best Buy was sold out of the Samsung I was looking at. Luckily, I had 3 employees conversing with me and educating me on why this monitor would be better. It was higher-priced...but I decided to go with it anyway. WOW!!!! This monitor is extremely clear and you can see all the details. Yes, I'm sure there are much better monitors but for this price point you can't go wrong. (Remember, I'm an old guy still happy with his 32" TV!) Would definitely recommend this product. Sturdy, clean and more than enough for me!

Decided to go with is monitor when building my gaming pc and it has been great for the money and the picture quality is also really good when watching movies on the pc

I was looking for a regular everyday monitor that looked good. I didn’t need 4k and this monitor did the job for the price point. Has a good amount of features as well. Easy setup.

It’s good for the price I like it easy to use and I would recommend to mess with the settings to find the right gaming settings for you.

Son bought this for his gaming pc. I would definitely recommend this monitor. He loves it and from what I've seen while he's gaming it looks amazing.

I use this monitor when editing videos, and I've been very pleased with it. It's big enough so I can see what I'm doing but not so big that it doesn't fit easily on a desk.

I recently had a monitor burn out, so I went down the monitor research wormhole trying to decide between a curved MSI VA panel or this flat IPS. Well the VA sold out, so my choice was made for me. The IPS panel "glow" I had read about is so minor it's a non issue for me. Viewing angles are really good as well. Zero dead pixels! The joystick style menu control is super convenient and quick. Out of the box the preset color profiles seem to be set up perfectly for my needs. I do a lot of Photoshop work as well as casual gaming and this monitor seems to excel at both with accurate colors. Going from 60hz to 144hz is a real treat as well. The monitor comes with an HDMI cable that supports 144hz. However, I have been unable to enable G-SYNC on my 1070 GTX. If I understand correctly it's due to not having it hooked up via a DP cable. I've ordered on so hopefully that will allow me to use the FreeSync feature. I was a bit unsure about this monitor due to the lack of reviews since it's a new release, but so far it's been a really great buy and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a monitor in this price range. Kudos to Best Buy for getting it to me a week earlier than they estimated as well.

The list of 144hz IPS monitors with Freesync at this price point is pretty slim at the time of this review. Of the few available, this monitor (and its 24" sibling) are by far the best options. The panel looks fantastic, it's built well, and the OSD and software both work well and include some nice features. Embedded speakers and/or USB ports and a height- adjustable stand would have been a nice addition, but given the price point, I can't fault MSI for not including those. It does include a 3.5mm audio output and is VESA-compatible.

Everything worked just fine for a second monitor but after almost a year, all the bottom edge pixels started to blink and keeps going up.

This monitor is so huge, I honestly didn’t read the size before I got it but I definitely love the monitor. It’s 100% worth the price, but if you want to add two or three monitors, I’d look for a smaller one for that and get this one as your main. The screen is almost edgeless, and setting it up is super easy and basic. MSI is one of my favorite brands for monitors. This one isn’t curved, but doesn’t matter at all. You’ll have to screw in a few pieces, but overall the best quality monitor for any purpose and the price is worth it.
