Defective but ran great up until it didn't
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was really enjoying this computer until a couple weeks later, I turned on my computer to find out the touchpad wasn't working. I uninstalled drivers, tested it in BIOS, nothing. Took it back to Best Buy and they confirmed the circuit board was bad and we replaced it as it was only a couple weeks old. An external mouse would've worked and my laptop still would have ran great, but as it was new, a replacement was the better option.

The only thing they could have made a little better was the access to the some of the features. Do adjust the keyboard lighting you have to download a separate app. Also not sure if its just a defect in this specific laptop but my spacebar wont register a least once in every sentence typed and Ill have to go back and add a space in my sentences. The battery life could be better but isnt too bad.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I would say that it is perfect for gaming, even though it is not that thick, the fans it has are very good and it maintains a considerable temperature and I am talking about the fact that I play Cyberpunk 2077 at a cool 90fps, plus it is silent, You can't hear the fans, that's the best part, the RGB is excellent, you can customize it or choose one of the styles that comes by default.
