I had to return the initial machine due to a dead screen, very disappointing , however Best Buy were awesome in returning and then replacing the laptop. Now for the laptop, presentation out of the box is outstanding and this machine will certainly get everyone's attention. Also, the laptop is very light. Setup was easy. The screen graphics are awesome. The manual lacks but there is always YouTube to help out. I am not a gamer and use this for programming, video, picture editing etc running programs such as Photoshop, PSP 3 along with various video editing software. With that i found the laptop to be relatively responsive in terms of uploads, downloads, working with large graphics files.(laptop is using a hub and connects to 2 external monitors) Battery charging seems quick enough tho i cant get the charge to read above 92%. I am comparing to my Gigabyte Aorus i7 gen9 with 16gb Ram, i feel that speed wise not much difference. For this price point, i expected better. Looks cool and MSI do make good stuff, so i will think purchase comes down to your personal values

I was amazed on the presentation of the product, the display quality, and the specs it came with until I wasnt. All those parts and it stull pushes 60hz because why would you put a 120hz oled screen with top teir parts? The laptop randomly started restarting and crashing. I returned it after 2 days of trail and error. It was more error than trail thats for sure. Dont be fooled by the good looks and shine it fades after a while.

I was very excited to try this powerful laptop, in general it was good until I tried working on After effects and it kept crashing, and runs very slow :( I’m overwhelmed now, I don’t recommend this laptop for animators or if you work on software like after effects

Had to exchange first one because it got shipped to me damaged at first. Screen was discolored. Replaced easy and the new one is working great.

Trackpad does NOT work. Screen is flickering goes black screen and back. The speed is jittery. Overall nice parts, POOR execution.

I purchased this laptop about two months ago and it has done a good job both for office apps and for gaming. It has many of the features of a more expensive laptop but at less price. The battery life is not great but the processor and the OLED screen are quite good. Not sure why the other reviewers had problems. My laptop worked right straight out of the box.

Premium quality materials, love the design and accessories this will definitely be a collectors item for sure
