I've had to try multiple things, such as contacting Geek Squad, etc. but still no improvement.

Its powerful, fast, easily capable of playing pretty much every game you throw at it. Played cyber punk with it, transforms the world into something i cant explain! Gta 5 even better! This laptop is for sure worth the price, i can easily see why people say the MSI is one of the best gaming laptops one can get there hands on.
