Honestly, Its design is very pleasing and the vents purr softly. It has a fair price for the 40 series right around the corner.

MSI Sword

Absolutely Worst Gaming Laptop Ever, Not Worth $$

Battery dies in 2.5 hours without being plugged in it's a self-proclaimed gaming laptop that can barely handle Diablo IV without overheating and freezing (even with a separate Targus cooling vent beneath it) and it is incredible slow. This is after owning it and using it for 9 months. I understand technology becoming defunct but this was a $1200 machine. Unacceptable and will never buy MSI again.

Terrible battery. Good laptop

Defective Return Policy Nonexistent

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Laptop died on my 3rd day of usage, but the store’s return policy was 14 days from ORDERING, so unless you’re planning to blast this with use within the first couple days of it arriving, I wouldn’t order (especially from here). Unfortunate because this was my first real issue with BB and I expected it to be handled better.

It was very upsetting that you can not run dual monitors off it. You cant even run one monitor and use the usb c. I covers it up. I am upset with it and recommwnd not getting it for gaming.

Nobody out there has anything critical to say about the hardware. The new slick, sexy logo can go from your gaming battle station, to the bedroom, to the office, to the boardroom with ease. Itll smash your games. Itll make light work of your microstation, autocad, video editing, code compiling, revit, and 3d modeling work. Itll hook up to everything in your workspace or your playspace. And its a dazzling performer all by itself.
