Good gaming PC. Got it on sale and not much to complain about but they should put the USB slots away from the mouse area.

Purchased on sale for $1800. Runs anything i want at 1080p and 60fps. Newer games on Ultra setting with Ray tracing. Outspecs laptops for,almost 2x the price

This is the fourth MSI laptop I've had. Never had an issue before. The sound on this system is very staticky. I've worked with MSI support and updated my bios, updated drivers, done a Windows reinstall, done a MSI reset. All to no avail. Now MSI wants me to send it in for repair but that'll take several weeks. Best buy is unable to help me. Not even a one-for-one exchange at the store. Not very happy.

Graphics are beautiful. However I have had to contact customer support twice and it is still not working properly. I chose the computer because I had such a great experience with my last one from MSI but it could not be adapted to windows 11 and it was getting old.

Disregard the other person's review. They clearly don't own this laptop and just want to be ignorant. The screen has 500 nits brightness and the refresh rate is 240hz on a 1600p resolution. Find something better to do other than lie on reviews.
