People don’t realize that all movies don’t necessarily have to match the cartoon. This movie was great and the story behind still followed the cartoon version

Mulan the movie transitions the story to live-action with spectacular cinematic backgrounds and battle scenes as a sequence to bring the original animated film alive. It deals with the heart of a young Chinese woman and how she struggles between her loyalties to family, country, and herself.

Great movie for family to watch ! Definitely worth purchasing . Wish they would have added some additional parts from the original that were missing in the remake but it’s still a great movie !

Don't expect the animated story, this is an homage to the original Chinese Heroin and is very well told from a legend point of view, my only regret is I didn't get to see this on the big screen.

One of the best movies I have see in a while. A must see in 4K. If you do not have 4K, settle for blu-ray. Worth adding to your collection. Family values!!!

Honestly I bought it just to have it. I haven’t opened it. Actually found it under my couch a couple days ago. I like the movie. So it’s there when I want to watch It I guess

I love Disney movies especially when they make them into live action movies. This one by far exceeded my expectations. I have watched it several times and every time feels like the first time.

It proved to be a wonderful companion video to the original 1998 cartoon version. The live action version added more depth to the story without taking away the original flavor of the cartoon.

This is a really good movie made with a girl Warrior she does all she can so they don’t take her father and she fights for her family

I found this enjoyable and entertaining. I’ve never seen the animated one, so I have nothing to compare it too. I did like this and the costumes and cinematography looks gorgeous. This is definitely a reference 4K disc. The PQ is fantastic. The SteelBook looks better in person also.

Fun movie for the family. Similar to the animated Disney version, this one was entertaining. The fight scenes were a little unbelieveable at times, but most of that was attributed to magic.

Number of reviews compared this movie with the original cartoon version. While the movie is not totally true to the cartoon nor the Chinese story i still found it entertaining.

Excellent film. Different than the cartoon version but similar at the same time. Not a musical and no dragon trouble maker. But still a family guardian to help Mulan.

This is a great adaptation of the Mulan story. You don’t have to have seen the animated version or know the story beforehand to enjoy this. The whole family loved the storyline and action!

I love what Disney will make classic movies non animated with the real actors. Hopefully Disney will continue to make more of the classic movies this way.

Good show by Disney with 4K UHD Blu-ray! Mulan is a good disc to show off a new 4K panel. Very colorful. Good story line. And we received the movie by Best Buy free delivery in a jiffy.

I love this movie everything about it is great, there's laughter, action and a meaningful message and you'll fall in love with the actress who plays Mulan, I highly recommend this movie

Awesome family movie. Tells a great story that every family member will enjoy and can possibly relate to. Real life characters much better than animated when movie was first released.

Movie is exciting with lots of action. Storyline keeps you interested through the whole story. I will purchase another one of these for a Christmas gift for my daughter and her family.
