    I bought this cause it had lots great features. Iv had it a couple months and only used the shaver feature on it like 3 or 4 times. I use a regular shaver in between using this shaver. After few days after I had last used it I heard it vibrating from the cabnit it was in. I dont know how it got turned on but when I went to turn it off it would not turn off. I had to wait for the battery to die befour it stopped. Then I put it back on the charger for a while to charge and took it off to try it out and it won't work. Iv had it on the charger for most of the day but still don't turn off. When it worked it was great and I thought it did a great job. Now I will be looking for a new shaver.

    While the trimmer comes with a lot of attachments they are difficult to use. Expected much better from Norelco Price was right though

    I used for 5-7 times. Trimmer motor is not moving at all. I checked switch and battery which is fine. I would not recommend

    I used it for 10-12 times and it stopped working. I would not recommend this product to a friend.

This is not the lifespan we want our products to have and we understand how inconvenient it is. We’d like to share with you some troubleshooting advice that might solve your issue.

      First off, we’d recommend to properly clean your device internal chamber and accessories as the potential debris stuck inside may be altering the device’s functionality. Then, we’d suggest charging your device one more time using the original charger that came in the box.
