First off i'd like to say this game takes some skill and some serious controller adjusting. I found the graphics and how the bike reacts to the controls to be pretty cool. I can finally lean in turns and whip it like in real life. The sound isn't too bad, like the previous mx vs. atv Untamed where i'd just mute it. Some bad parts; It can be less enjoyable to play for one, many times the reaction to the track is too much. It's realistic, but kinda in a bad way... for ex. tires suddeny give way for no reason or it wheelies too easily, ruts appear too fast. i'd say rent it first or get somebody else to buy it. Overall it's a good game once you get used to it, and even then it's hard to be consistent.

Great Graphics but Completely Different Controls

While this game has incredible graphics the controls are near impossible to learn. It is so different than the previous MX vs. ATV that my 9 year old son who is a near master at the previous gave up within minutes trying to figure out this one. I have played for hours now and can finally do one or two tricks. They should have kept the controls similar to the previous game.

When I first bought this game, I knew I'd have fun with playing it, but I never realized how great it would be. I'm very into Motocross and dirt bikes, so I knew it would be great for me. The gameplay is very realistic, you can see markings from the tires in dirt, grass and snow. The great thing about this game, is that not only can you play single player, but in addition you can play multiplayer. You can select from different game types like Free Ride, Freestyle, Motocross and alot more. Also, in multiplayer, you gain more experience each time you play. Both are alot fun to play though, single player and multiplayer. But I highly suggest you get Xbox Live for muliplayer, because it helps give a great experience. Those are just a few awesome things about the game. There's alot more. Hope this was helpful! :)

Other than the switch it was pretty easy to get used to. The terrain deformation makes so you can swap out and cross rut and rail berms you've built up. If your a die hard motocross fanatic then it's definatly worth 60 dollars! If I could change anything about the game it would be the sound of the bikes I would make them sound a little bit more realistic but, I like how the sound of the 450's are different from the 250's, ATV's, and Buggy's. Also, I would change how sometimes after the race it shows a replay, I would change the way the rider looks in replay because it looks like he is standing up too much but, while in the game it feels really realistic!!! I highly recommend that you buy this game!!!

Lame downgrad of the MX vs ATV series

So in the last game, MX vs ATV Untamed, there were 8 huge areas you could free ride in and they had tons of things to interact with. This game has only three areas, with two locked to start with. They are small and just have terrain. If you want a big world to explore, get MX vs ATV Untamed. This game is lame downgrade.

Best MX game yet

REFLEX is by far the best MX game yet, riding dirtbikes is a hobby of mine so I welcome the real and more difficult controls (more to riding than throttle and left/right turns) Free ride is limited but I never played that on any MX ATV games. REFLEX is a change from previous MX vs ATV games but a welcomed change and far superior to pure and other motocross games to date.

MX vs Atv Reflex is not as good as the first

Not as good as the first one and I would not recommend this unless you have never played the first. Best Buy is very slow in shipping so plan at least 2 weeks for delivery of anything purchased online.
