I ordered this computer for my daughter for Christmas and noticed the box came damaged. When we opened it on Christmas morning it was obvious the computer itself had also been damaged. It worked fine but the panel was cracked and the main frame was dented. I contacted the seller immediately through Best Buy’s website. I sent photos, explained what I knew and asked if it could be replaced. Within 24 hours I had a response and a confirmation that it could be replaced or a full refund could be done. Then I received another email saying the model we purchased was sold out, the next option was the upgraded model for $30 more. I confirmed we would be happy to exchange for the upgraded model and asked if the $30 could be waived since it came damaged and the model we bought was sold out. Again, a response was received fairly quickly confirming that they would waive it, a new computer was being mailed out and a shipping label for the damaged computer would be emailed out to me. I received the new computer within 5 days, no damage and returned the damaged one the same day. This was a perfect experience for us. I would buy from them again.
