    From my nieces to certain adult friends, I have had My Little Pony Friendship is Magic recommended to me. I was skeptical of it, but gave in and watched so I could bond with my niece over it. Overall I will admit that I enjoyed the series. But the ponies as 'humans' was something I was really NOT looking forward to. Luckily, as weird as it may be, the series transferred over to 'humans' while keeping the same humor, light-heartedness and overall good vibes that the original series does. Just don't think too much about what the alternate 'human' world is. I guess it's all magic and a kids show in the end though!
