Does its job very well although it is kind of on the big size.

This was a great purchase. I never have to worry about my battery life on my cell or earpiece.

This portable power bank is great at what it does. Its battery life is exceptional, and it has, at one point, recharged my phone completely from 20% at least 5-6 times on one charge. Additionally, its size makes it very easy to transport, though it is a bit heavy (good quality). Additionally, this charger has two built-in cables that are permanently attached to the pack. One cable is iPhone's lightning cable, and the other is a mini USB for Android/other devices. My only complaints about this are as follows: - The cables are pretty short. If you are traveling/walking, you have to carry both devices in the same pocket. - The charging dock: it is difficult to place the battery to charge if the dock is not mounted on an upright wall socket with tight grip. The weight of the pack causes this to fall over/out of the socket. Overall great product.

This works great when it works. I am on my 2nd unit in 3mos. but the 2nd unit so far is good. It does charge quick and will last for a while wks mult units at once so that is nice. Time will tell how good this one is.

Only half a memory remained, enough to get by but not without the absence of an impending final breath, and we lived and worked this way until the MyCharge line of power banks was released at Best Buy. The built-in cables and solid craftsmanship is very functional and impressive compared to other power banks. It's worth the premium price if you need a lot juice and the dual cables make it very convenient.

Plug and play. Simple to use and very efficient for our needs.

Love to have my own phone charger when I am out of the Hse

Being able to charge my devices on the go is invaluable.

Has one micro usb and one lightning cable for charging. Wish it had a usb so that I could charge any usb devices.

I love this battery pack for 2 reasons. The built in cords are a HUGE plus and it it really powerful. No dragging around a connecting cord and it will fully charge my iPad or my cell phone several times. Love the wall charger. The pack just drops into the charger. Easy peasy. I have an older one (6 volt) and it is stil working after over 5 years. Mycharge is simply THE BEST! Worth every penny.

Great battery backup system, cords attached, large battery and fast

I loved how the cords came attached, so there is no searching for them. Overall a good purchase.

Honestly an amazing charger, went overseas and charged my phone solely off of this for an entire week. Only drawbacks: did not work on my wife's Droid, and you cannot switch out the cables (i.e. to use on two Apple devices or switch to micro USB-C)

I have used this on a couple of trips and recharged phone, tablets and music devices.

I bought this portable charger for when my cell phone starts to die and I can’t find a cord/socket to plug it in. I’ve been using it steadily since I gotvand still it holds a charge for long periods of time.

Too big, too heàvy...it may do a good job, but it is just too big and bulky to be worth it. On sale so it has one thing going for it.

It was perfect for long travel. My manager usually travel from menlo park to gilroy and working in the train and usually having issue with charger bank so I decided to bought one for him and it was perfect.

Great Product Used in isolated area. Fully charged my Samsung 6s for an entire week when in Africa. 6 full charges No electricity was available.

This charger is too big and bulky. The cords that are built into the unit are not long enough to make it easy to plug into a wall unit. Not a good design.

This backup battery has both a Lightning connector and a Micro USB connector, so I can charge either my iPhone or iPad as well as an Android and a Mophie iPhone battery/case. Very flexible usage!
