I am comfortable with my current plan and this was very easy to do when I bought my new phone. However, since I am absorbing the entire cost of the phone I feel it's terrible that Sprint feels I'm "eligible" for an upgrade. If they were offering me some sort of discount, sure. I'm paying for the phone so Sprint hasn't given me anything as of yet (there is suppose to be some sort of loyalty credit, but I haven't seen it yet). Also, I had to pay $30 to activate the phone. Been with Sprint for 17 years, 5 stars for ease of keeping the plan, 1 star for not offering a deal on the "upgrade".

I enjoy Samsung products, but was disappointed when I found out the S7 brought back the expandable storage slot. I paid so much extra for this one, too get extra memory. There's also a part of my screen that didn't respond to touch, so I have to not put apps on that part of the screen. Very weird. The edge functions are hard to pull up from the side and sometimes they show up when I'm too close to the edge. So... I'd say this is a mediocre phone compared to my expectations, and I wish I still had my S4.

This is a very fast phone. The best feature is the Wifi calling. Great camera on the front.

We went to Tmobile for a bit until we realized coverage was not great in our house. we switched back to Sprint and are very happy that they have increased their speeds. if we could just get internet while on the phone away from wifi would be awesome

Purchased this as an upgrade from my Galaxy S3. Love it. Camera is excellent. Battery life lasts.

Good phone but hold out for the 7. The 6 is not waterproof or have sd lot. 7 does

I've been a customer for over 4 years now and never had a problem. Started with them when the Samsung Galaxy S3 was brand new. Calls are always great quality, network is reliable and the one time I upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge (November 2016) I got excellent customer service even when I didn't like my new phone. I originally tried the iPhone 7 and didn't like it, wanted to exchange it and take advantage of a Cyber Monday deal here at Best Buy for the S7 edge. Sprint made that exceptionally easy and hassle free and kept my plan the same price.

as one of the BestBuy daily deals, I catch this nice phone. it has a durable shape with very powerful camera better than Ipnone

I recently upgraded my iphone and was very pleased with the Sprint promotion that Best Buy offered me. I was able to get 25GB of data for half of the cost that Sprint would have charged for the same amount. This promotion was only available through Best Buy (and I checked) and not through Sprint. And before the promotion, Sprint had me on an 8GB plan for a few bucks less than the 25GB promotion with Best Buy. So, from my perspective, this was a win-win for me.

Very impressed with this phone. Many great features and the battery lasts a long time.

Best Buy offers you many options to upgrade an existing line with a new phone, and often with an easy installment plan where you OWN your phone after you're finished paying, not just a lease where you pay forever! Great option for those that like to keep the same phone for a while and not get a new one every 12 months. I only get our new phones from Best Buy!

Two words. UNLIMITED DATA. Don't worry about that ridiculous AT&T bill thats 3000 pages showing your data usage. Just sit back and not worry about how many 'videos' your 14 year old son is downloading or how many text your 16 year old girl is sending. It's all good.... And you can still surf for that TV show you missed while your wife makes you watch Project Runway.

When I originally signed up many years ago Sprint had the best deal and I've stayed with them through the years because for me they work just fine. Though with the competition now getting stronger signal strength and better pricing and phone choices I'll definitely be shopping for a deal when I need a new phone in the next few months.

I've been with sprint for over 15 years now and I would say they probably are one of the best phone carriers out there. If you have to get a hold of anyone at customer service it's typically a long wait but fortunately I haven't had to call them to many times. I have a total of 6 phones on my plan and am happy with the services they provide.

I decided to stay with Sprint. I have been with Sprint for several years, I have not had many complaints about the service; I thought about going elsewhere for a cheaper plan, but needed the reliability of service more than a lower cost per month to my phone bill.

The Galaxy Note 5 was out of stock at the store because they were coming out with the Note 7 soon but I really wanted the 5 so yhe store associate told me how i could order it online and still receive the gift card and rebate. It was very easy to navigate the website.
